Sol burns bright, gaining a large amount of Heat, Healing herself over time, and igniting the ground around her. Enemies that walk onto the fire take damage over time. The damaging area persists for 3s.

Introduction

Welcome to my Sol God Guide. She is my favorite God currently in the game, and the first I got to rank 10. I got my build from a YouTuber and Twitch streamer FrostFangs that he made for her in Season 2. I find that this build still works very well in Season 3. I hope you enjoy!

Skills

Sol's 1, Radiance, is an area skill that burns the ground. It heals her over time and does damage over time to enemies that walk in it. The damage is based on her Magical Power, and heals based on missing health. Pop this move to do easy damage if you are right next to a god, or have quick heals if your health is low but you don't want to lose the fight.
Sol's 2, Stellar Burst, is a ranged area attack that explodes and deals damage. After fully exploding it retracts and deals more damage. This attack is based on her magical power. The attack also slows enemies. Once you press the button to do this attack, you cannot cancel it. This item is a good clear and does massive amounts of damage.
Sol's 3, Disapparate, initially gives her increased movement speed as well as immunity to slows and movement penalties for a time and leaves a trail of fire behind her that deals damage. After 3 seconds of her corporeal form, Sol enters an incorporeal form. In this form her trail of fire explodes, dealing damage to enemies, as well as becoming immune to attacks. However, she is very slow in this form. Sol is able to leave her incorporeal form early. The damage is done based on her Magical Power. This move is good for getting out of situations.
In Sol's ultimate, Supernova, fire rains down from above striking 8 times along a moveable target. Enemies hit are knocked back on the first strike and take 20% damage on successive hits. The damage is based on her Magical Power.
Sol's passive, Unstable Manifestation, she gains heat as she uses abilities and hits with basic attacks. She gains Magical Power and Attack Speed for every 4% heat. At 100% heat, her basic attacks gain damage. Heat decreases over time.

Ability Combos



Use Stellar Burst to do massive damage and slow them down. Use Disapparate to catch up to them. Maybe circle them with your fire trail to deal damage when it bursts. Follow up with Radiance to do area damage to the enemy. This is to battle the enemy up close. This combo can be reversed to deal damage while getting out of a sticky situation.

Any combo can be ended with Supernova.

Items

Item One



Warlock's Sash
Start the game off with stacks from Warlock's Sash. You gain magical power, health, and mana from this item. You also gain health and magical power per stack. 1 stack per minion kill and 5 stacks per god kill; max 100 stacks.

Item Two




Follow up your stacks with some shoes. Shoes of the Magi give magical power, magical penetration, and movement speed.

Item Three




Next get Demonic Grip. It gives you magical power and attack speed. Basic attacks reduce magical penetration by 12% for 3 seconds at a max of 3 stacks.

Item Four




Spear of the Magus is next. It gives you magical power and magical penetration. Enemies bit by your abilities have magical protection reduced by 10 for 5 seconds at a max f 3 stacks.

Item 5




Next get some lifesteal. Bancroft's Talon gives you magical power and magical lifesteal. You gain magical power from missing health. This caps at 100 power at 25% health.

Item Six




Finally buy Rod of Tahuti. You gain magical power and MP5.

Sol is my favorite god currently in the game. Her kit is great and she has so many possibilities.
