This is just my personal build.
i tried alot items and combined them and this is what i think the best from all.
Please comment anything you have to say since im always open to changes or trying new things out.
Positive:
Very fast run speed.
Fast attack speed.
Great damage + critical.
In other words, master DPS.
Negative:
Very low health and defence.
When trapped, u probarly die if u dont have your ultimate ready.
Ultimate tip!
Try to use your ultimate only when it is REALLY needed, why?
Like i said in the negative, IF you get trapped, stunned, slowed or anything, you will die really fast, so only way to get out of it is by using your utlimate.
Most people like to use it to kill others, but i strongly recommend you only use it to kill others with it when you dont take any risk.
If theres a risk factor then just simply use your vanish skill to get to them, when your close, ready up the aimed strike skill and your good to go, then you will have an idea if u can safely kill them with ultimate or if you might need to use to escape,
and if u dont need it, you can go to someone whos trying to run away and gank him with your ult ( if theres no risk ).
(Passive)
Loki deals 20% more damage from his basic attacks when hitting enemies from behind.

Vanish (Skill Key 1)
Loki disappears in a puff of smoke for 3s. While invisible, he is immune to slows and moves 50% faster than normal. His next basic attack from invisibility (or for 2s after) applies a bleed to his target, dealing 30/45/60/75/90 (+25% of your physical power) physical damage every .5s for 2s and reveals Loki. Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana.
Cooldown: 15 s.

Decoy (Skill Key 2)
Loki spawns a decoy version of himself that taunts all nearby enemy minions. After 3s, the decoy explodes dealing 90/155/220/285/350 (+80% of your physical power) physical damage to all enemies in the radius
Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana.
Cooldown: 14s.

Aimed Strike (Skill Key 3)
Upon activation, Loki�s next basic attack does an additional 60/100/140/180/220 (+80% of your physical power) physical damage within 5 seconds. The enemy hit is also slowed by 25% for 3 seconds.
Cost: 50 mana.
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 s.

Assassinate (Skill Key 4 - Ultimate)
Upon activation, Loki teleports to his ground target location. If an enemy god is within the radius, Loki will backstab that target doing 250/325/400/475/550 (140% of your physical power) physical damage and be stunned for 1s.
Cost: 100 mana.
Cooldown: 90 s.

Villain. It's a word used to describe those that break the rules, that take what they want, and care nothing for those hurt along the way. Loki, the trickster God, would say villainy is nothing more than a point of view.
The point of view of fools too mindless to seize opportunity.
Of course, with Loki now on the loose, the implications are dire. The end of times may be at hand. The final battle, Ragnarok, possibly on the horizon, for it was foretold that Loki would break free of his prison and herald the horrific final battle that would leave the Gods slain, the heavens sundered, and the world in ashes. None are more eager for that time of chaos than Loki.

and for people that havent watched it yet can always read it on here.
To xseekx:
The trick is not to die :P
But if you do and heartseeker is kinda pointless for ya you might wanna replace it for voidblade.
Why?
It has that extra little damage you want and physical protection,
and like almost evrygame theres almost always atleast 1 tanker so the -40 protection can be quite helpfull.
Since you already have quite enough power and crit, Voidblade would be the best alt item in my opinion.
