Loki, Conquest Solo Lane/Mid Lane

Hello,
First of all I want to say that english ist not my first language, so please don't correct me too much ! :D

I almost hit level 30 and i think i got enough experience to make a guide for Loki(god rank 10), especially for solo lane , but it can be used for the mid lane too.

Hope you'll like my guide! :)
(It's also my first guide)

Pros:

-Great Damage
-Nice Minion wave clear when level 7 (Tower diving FTW :D)
-Good Damage Combos ( 1, 3)
-Very daagerous mid to late game
-Can 2 shot gods
-When fed, unstoppable
-Great 1v1, can easily kill enemies when they have a bad positioning(for example when they dont stand in the near of their team
-with blink 3 escapes!
-your 1 can be used to confuse the enemy
-nice ganks

Cons:

-Very squishy
-If enemy team grouped up , no chance ----> bad in teamfights
-Focused a lot
-Stuns, damage over time and and and are very effectively against loki
-difficult to hit fast opponents (Chronos, mercury etc..)
-His 1 and 3 are very loud which could be bad for a gank


Loki has way more pros than cons, but keep in mind that his cons are more important and can ruin every loki's life

1. Don't Instalock !
Communicate with your team because loki isn't every time a good pick!
Loki is one of the most played gods and it can be very annoying when everytime someone is instaocking with loki. Also there are other god which can be better to have on your team, especially for team fights!!!

2.Don't KS !
Because i see a lot of people who are KSing with their ult. Maybe you get more fed then you already are but your team isn't(It happens once, I was 18/1 and I flamed my team,but then i realised that it was my fault why we lose). Another point is that you play Solo(or Mid Lane), you already have a level/gold advantage.

3.If you know that you'll suck at your lane, ask for ganks and rotates!
That is the most important point, I'll list you some of my mistakes against some people where i solo-laned..

1: Played vs an Anubis mid, his stun and all other abilities are designed for one on one fights, lost the midlane in 5 minutes.

2: played against a duo lane (Isis and Neith), both have stuns which are countering loki easy, lost solo lane in 3 minutes !!!

3: CHRONOSSSSSSS!!!!!!! He has 2 lives , a ****ing stun with a big radius and is very fast. Never ever play against Chronos, the reason why i dont play joust anymore...

Here I will explain my skill order:

1.Vanish

I max this out last because as a solo laner you really don't need it in the beginning, just for escapes and harrasing.

2.Decoy

The most important skill for you, when you skill this until the fourth time, you won't have any problems more with minions. You max out this first

3.Aimed Strike
Great damage and good for harassing, max out this second

4.Assasinate
How in almost every guide else, you skill it whenever possible, because your ult should do the most damage.

My Build is very special in the beginning, I know :D
But the idea behind that is, that you stay as long as possible in your lane.
Therefore you need to buy 5 mana and health pots in the beginning until you waste them, because when you dont wast on of the slots you can't teleport back to your tower.

You skill Vanish first because you will try to steal the enemy mid camp with HoG, so you can get the furys and the enemys lose the important experience and gold. After that you go back to your lane.

How to play:
At first, against a dou lane , because it's very easy to explain:
JUST PLAY PASSIVE, wait until you are overleveled and then you start some ganks ^^

But against a dou lane you need to play different:
1.Harass the enemy as much as possible so that he must retreat very often.
How to harass: Put your decoy, Vanish , Use Hand of the Gods at the minions, Aimed strike , hit him and retreat. You need to repeat this as often as you can and keep in mind that minions do a ton of damage early game :D !

2.When you reach level 8, minions are almost no problem more for you and you are able to outfarm your enemy as well.

3.Dont buy the Tabi's full before your heartseeker!!!
I'll explain you why:
I take the tabis at first , because you gain +10 damage and better stats for the beginning as the heartseeker. When you stay in your lane with all your pots you easily get 1950g for full heartseeker, you gain then +25 attack power and you can stack up earlier , so you will aim for the heartseeker then for the tabis and after that for the gloves ^^.

So after you follow my playstyle , start ganks at around lvl 9 and you'll be hopefully succesfull! :)

From now, you follow the item purchase order ...

Warrior Tabi's :
Never a bad pick for any god. Why not Ninja Tabi's?Don't know by myself but I fell like I need the extra Penetration , sometimes in combination with my last item :)

Heartseeker:
Favourite Item for Loki, at full stacks you gain +75 physical power! :D

Devourer Gloves:
I don't really used this item alot, but since the Wukong patch you can get now 60 stacks which is very nice because you get also nice lifesteal and physical power. Also it's costs less then Bloodforge. But if you take this or Bloodforge because of the passive is your choice.

Hydras Lament:
I really don't liked this item because of the passive where you just gained 125% of your physical base stat power, but now you get 175% and I started to love this <3 :D

Deathbringer: I don't need to explain this... ^^


Last item: Take the item which you think you need the most, really it depends on the enemy, if the enemy is very tanky and you need penetration, go for it( Titans Bane, Voidblade for some defense or Jotunns for some cooldown. Or just take asi with gives you 30% more attack speed :D thx hi-rez ! =D
Really ,take the item which is in this specific situation the best!

Actives: HoG is a must for a loki solo lane because of his miserable early game minion wave clear.

Second Avtive: Again, it depends on the enemy. I personnally take CB for a third escape but when you haven't enough penetration go for girdle or when there is a 300m/s speed chronos just go for creeping curse ! =)
