Idk on which mode it's supposed to be used but, I would suggest changing the order of the build and maybe a few items

For me, Dominance as first item it's a bad option, usually I would rather have early items like Asi/ Griffonwing Earrings or stacking items like Transcendence/ Devourer's Gauntlet

And going Rage isn't bad but combining it with Bladed Boomerang it's not really worth it, It would be better replacing one of them with Deathbringer, like this:

Overall I liked the build and the items you picked, but it can also be optimized a little for any mode for sure, so keep it up!

So the way I think about it with Cupid, while not great, he has a bit of health sustain in his 2. While I still prefer getting a strong lifesteal item early for Conq (Devo's or Asi), Leather Cowl + Share The Love can potentially suffice.

A positive with getting Dominance early is if you're...dominating your lane early. That pen can help you more quickly take down that first tower if you're able to push, and allow you to start rotating earlier. Just a thought there.

Anytime you get Rage, though, I'd prefer to pick it up as 3rd item latest (after starter and initial main item). So in your 1st build example, I'd prefer Cowl, Lifesteal, Rage, Dom, DB, final item.

Okay, a few issues w/ the build, I'll comment and provide reasoning, and hopefully it'll help.
  • In general, if you're going to commit to getting crits, you almost always benefit by having Deathbringer (and the glyph) in the build.

  • If you're going to get Rage, IMO you really only need DB, and I would skip Boomerang. If you like Boomerang, I'd probably say consider a bigger rearrangement of your items...I'd go w/ Arrow (Ornate), Devo's or Asi, Boomerang, Dom or Exe, DB, and Dom or Exe or Qin's to finish up.

  • Main reason on the above crit combo recommendations is that 50% or higher crit chance is good, and again almost always DB is best as one of the items. But you don't need to get too close to 100%. Ornate + Boom (or Demon) + DB gives plenty...so does Rage + DB.

  • It's best if you advise which mode(s) this build is for. In some cases people only play Conq, or only Arena, and those modes have different requirements and things that allow you to excel.

  • You can't max Heart Bomb at 8. I don't know if you try to point-skip there and level both that and your ult at 9, but IMO it's not worth. I would put a 2nd point in Flutter before 9 in most cases.
