Child of the Lotus (Passive)
When Ne Zha dies, his indomitable spirit is reborn from a Lotus at his location, healing nearby allies every second while increasing their protections. Ne Zhas basic attacks also utilize a four swing chain, with the final attack in the chain dealing damage to all enemies in front of him.
Heal per Tick: 10% of Ne Zha's Maximum Health.
Protections: 30.
Duration: 6s.
What i like about this PASSIVE is it has a very good healing, and very useful in team fights
Universe Ring Toss (Skill 1)
Ne Zha throws the Universe Ring where it bounces to nearby enemies. Each hit deals damage, applies a stacking physical protection debuff for 3s and slows the enemy for 1s. Each successful hit also applies a stacking movement speed buff to Ne Zha for 2s.
Damage: 50/70/90/110/130 (+15% of your physical power).
Bounces: 5/6/7/8/9.
Protections Debuff: 10 per stack.
Slow: 25%.
Movement Speed: 4% per stack.
Cost: 50/55/60/65/70.
Cooldown: 12s.
Very good Jungling skill at mid game if leveled up first. It can easely reduce enemy health if there are only two enemy.
**NOTE: CAN BE EASELY MISSED**
Flaming Spear (Skill 2)
Ne Zha empowers himself with fighting spirit, igniting his spear for increased Attack Speed and Critical Strike Chance for a short duration.
Attack Speed: 15/25/35/45/55%.
Critical Strike Chance: 15%.
Duration: 6s.
Cost: 55/90/65/70/75.
Cooldown: 18s.
This skill is Ne Zha's best, it gives him high amount of Attack Speed buff when leveled to max. It's like Ne Zha hits 3-4 hits pr. second, and it gives good Critical Strike Chance. Also good Jungling Skill Early Game.
Armillary Sash (Skill 3)
Ne Zha throws out his Armillary Sash hitting the first enemy god in its path. The target is stunned as Ne Zha yanks himself toward the target, dealing a powerful blow to all enemies in the area when he arrives.
Damage: 70/100/130/160/190 (+150% of your physical power).
Stun: 1s.
Cost: 75.
Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14s.
This is a good skill to get close to the enemy when they are escaping. Good skill to avoid ultimates like Ymir's Shards of Ice and use another enemy to escape Hades' Pillar of Agony.
**NOTE: CAN BE EASELY MISSED AND IT'S NOT HIS ESCAPE ABILITY**
Wind Fire Wheels (Skill 4/ Ultimate)
Ne Zha dashes forward. If he hits an enemy god, he knocks it skyward for 4s, unleashing a combo (successful clicks during the combo allows some hits to be critical strikes), then smashing back to Earth, dealing additional damage to enemies in the radius as he flips back to his starting location.
Damage per Hit: 30/50/70/90/110 (+30% of your physical power).
Damage (Landing): 60/100/140/180/220.
Cost: 80/90/100/110/120.
Cooldown: 90.

I will describe what i choose in sitituations and why on *Choose Freely* sections
I mainly use Movement Speed when i play assassins, because more you have movement speed, you can gank faster and escape faster almost like no one notice you was there.
I have tried movement speed Kali, you can catch up with Vamana running away with his skill and gods that are running away with Sprint.
Basically after I build to Winged Wand, I buy The Executioner and Deathbringer.

First build Iv seen that I actually like on him so far :)
here is how I usually build him, you might like it ;)
also i think you should explain why you pick up those items, its better people understand what they are doing and improve then building oblivious to a situation.
jotun for example can be replaced with void blade for higher penetration and survivability, while the differnce in dmg is only 10, but thats without factoring in that its a higher pen item.
the cd you would get from jotun can be supplemented for hydra's lament.
also deathbringer shouldnt be in "optional" know why?
like Amgwtfover9000 said, you listed basically whats picked up on everyone, the difference is you need to know why you are picking them up and explaining why they are good or bad in each situation.
How do you know this will be viable on him? He isn't even iut yet
He is already out and tested the build, it's quite fun. Hard to catch hard to keep up even enemy uses Sprint
EDIT: CURSES! It's not working, goto YouTube type Nezha Smite into the search and scroll down to see his abilities.
1.) yet another copy pasta of skills...cmon now we can read tooltips in-game, the people that do this and only this in the skills section make me cringe, add some info on skill usage, e.g waiting until the minion wave is clear, then using 3 to stun and engage and 1 to bounce between the 2 lane enemies for max damage.
2.) your build is...hard to follow? vague? VERY vague? You have basically listed every defence item and every damage item and said "choose what you want" with practically no explanation, I know you say "I will describe what i choose in sitituations and why on *Choose Freely* sections" but come now, midgardian mail? Mystic mark? every active available? No way in hell does anyone decent use these items on an assassin, you grab voidblade. You want to cover all bases probably but I'm sure you can shorten your list, you can remove actives, consumables, speed, and lifesteal and rework the others. We are not stupid, we know to buy potions when we have finished our builds, and we know to buy actives within our first few games, and if we are looking for a specific category, we will look at the in-game store for movement and lifesteal. Why not clean it up a bit and simply list your core items, your physical defence main items, your magic defence item, and endgame damage items. Keep it clean, you don't have to cover every single situation at the cost of making your build excessively vast.
And for the sake of perfection;
Pros:
High movement speed early game with level 2 Tabi Boots <<< you can get rid of this point
High mobility <<< because this basically means the same ^^
Hope to see the guide progress and improve and welcome to the guide community.
