Hello everyone! In this build, we will go over what it takes to play the best Hades you can possibly play. This build is mainly for Conquest, but works just as well in Joust and Assault. Hades is my most played God because he can be viable in just about any situation. His Early game is very solid, along with his mid and late game presence. This is my first SmiteFire guide and any criticism is welcomed.
Pros:
First things first. You will always want to start off with buying a Talon Trinket. This will allow you to get sustainability early on. After you have fully built a Bancroft's Talon from your Talon Trinket, you will want to start building Shoes of the Magi. These shoes will give you lifesteal, which Hades really depends on. Afterwords, your third item is situational. Depending on who you're facing, you will build a Pythagorem's Piece unless you are facing someone with lifesteal items. If that's the case, you will need to build a Divine Ruin to reduce their healing. Fourth item will be your Typhon's Fang, giving you more lifesteal and magical power. the fifth item will be a Polynomicon giving you additional damage on top of your base damage. The last item is, again, situational. If you are constantly getting 100 to 0 when you spawn, then I would recommend building a Mantle of Discord to give you both physical and magical protection. If you aren't getting one shot everytime you spawn in, start building Chrono's Pendant. That will let you get more reduced cooldown along with more power.
Hades is a very feared God to play against if you know what you're doing and how to play him. Fortunately, Hades is a very easy God to pick up for everyone, including new players. You will be a force to be messed with. You will kill other Gods and have low health, then do a combo on either creeps, or Gods and get full HP again.

8+15+15+12+12 = 62%
However, I want to point your attention towards the passive of Bancroft's Talon and Pythagorem's Piece aura (which does affect the user).
Bancorft's:
You gain additional Magical Power and Lifesteal scaled from missing Health. This caps at 100 power and 20% Lifesteal at 25% Health.
pythagorem's:
Allied gods within 70 units have their Magical Lifesteal increased by 12% and their Magical Power increased by 30 or their Physical Lifesteal increased by 10% and their Physical Power increased by 20.
Meaning the numbers in all actuality are:
8+15 to 35+15+24+12= 74% to 94% from 100% hp to 25% hp.
So it does overcap (cap is 65%). If you don't believe me just go into jungle practice not the god builder, since it does not account for passives or auras and grab phytagorem's press tab hover over the offensive stat and search for lifesteal and it will say 24%. For Bancroft let yourself drop to 25% and check again.

A good example is The Executioner is a common core item for most hunters to build as it provides all the 3 stats they want to help their damage output. This is a class core item.
Another type of core is a build core. The build made around a certain item effect like the adc pen build usually focusing on a core of The Executioner, Qin's Sais and Titan's Bane.
This is pretty much the definition of Core items in MOBAs it's either god specific or build specific.
Also are you aware that the magical lifesteal cap is 65% and you will be able to hit it after finishing phytagorem's piece if you hit 25% hp? nullifying either Bancroft's Talon passive a bit or the lifesteal from the other items.
And let's not start about the effect anti heal will have on the "core" build.
1) the magical lifesteal cap is 65%
You overcap that quite significantly, and even more so since you added Bancroft. Beatstick/divine ruin + pestilence/contagion will shut a good portion of this down.
2) 40% magical penetration in your build. This is good, but not much against squishy gods who aren't building defense and aren't grouped up with a support. consider items like spear of desolation and divine ruin in your core build for mid.
3) situational defense if you're getting dived on by high mobility enemies. Mantle should be sufficient for mid. I wouldn't get breast plate for mid unless it was a very specific scenario.
