If they do have Critical Strike Chance you can replace Mantle of Discord with Spectral Armor
For Nox we are playing this god for set up, and control. For your actives start with Purification Beads, unless they do not have scary CC then you just swap the relic order. For your second active Belt of Frenzy beads will help with the cc that will be used to stop you from using your combo.

If you feel like you need to be more tanky, try swapping out Relic Dagger for Lono's Mask

Nox is one of those gods that can be really v impactful, and you can play it into most comps. Ideally you'd want to play Nox into teams that are focused on ability damage. Siphon Darkness is a very strong zoning ability that silences out the enemy, and stops them from using their kits. This a great way to pull Purification Beads out from the enemy.
Nox CAN be played into AA comps likes a Mercury - Vamana but it wont be as effect as playing it into something like Thor - King Arthur
Consider looking to pick Nox near or at the bottom of your roster. This way you can have a clear idea of who the enemy is going to pick, and if you are going to be able to be as effective on Nox vs a traditional support pick.
For Nox support we are playing this god for zoning purposes. Nox mids are going to want to always combo their kit to get max damage, that is not what we are playing for. We can use Nox's kit to help zone in fights, and lock down problem gods. You do not need to 2-1 every person you see, using your 2 to zone enemies during fights, or just dropping it on your Mid/ADC ensures nobody will be directly casting on them, and then you can use your 1 for peel.
Obviously this is not like your Guardian, Warrior supps, you do lack in the protections, and health department so you have to take that into consideration during play.
Things to note while playing, your 1 was changed to now go through walls, this is what caused a spike in Nox support gameplay, being able to root a target through a wall is very powerful. Also playing Nox with a global ultimate on your team is very handy since you are able to 3 into the teammate ulting. This lets you move around the faster, and be more impactful. You can also use this ability to bait out ultimates, and other hard cc abilities then dash into your teammate for safety. Your Ultimate also debuffs the enemies, while doing tick damage.
