Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

You know your current build is definitely not appropriate for Solo with how squishy it is.
If you want to see what actual Ama Solo builds look like (some games got to late, so speed elixir was bought and boots were sold for something else):

Alright, so IMO for Conq Solo, that's way too aggressive of a build and just not appropriate.
If you're doing an off-meta role like Jungle then some of the build is okay, but you probably shouldn't skip shoes, and you would want to advertise it as such with an appropriate build name. You also would pick up Assassin's Blessing over Warrior's Blessing. If you insist on skipping shoes in Jungle, then your 2nd item should be Hastened Katana to make sure you get sticking power when you are attacking. Golden + Hastened + Jungle buff + Assassin's Blessing would be okay for your standard MS.
In that offensive build, I think Hydra's is a bit out of place. She can use it okay, but she's not a strong comboer like that, so I wouldn't get it. Instead, she uses Qin's Sais extremely well due to her basic attack progression, and when you're supporting it with AS from 3 items (Golden, Shogun, Atalanta) it will have better effect.
Now, this isn't to say your build couldn't have success. But like every match, it depends on god choices, player skill levels, how even the matchmaking is, etc. Although this build you list can deal very good damage, for general use, again it wouldn't be suggested.
Now if you're going for Solo lane, again you should advertise as such, you're usually best going bruiser with multiple protection items. You can focus some on attack speed, but tankiness should not be overlooked.

So, with that type of standard Solo build, you'd be typically looking at tanky or bruiser items. Ninja Tabi is fine as a shoes source. You should NOT avoid shoes in Solo, and GB isn't needed at all in that role. Instead, you'd look at items like Runic, Void, Sledge, Shogun's, Berserker's, Oni, Toxic Blade, Urchin, etc.
Basically, rather than just post a build, if you've got an idea behind it, you should be writing that in a brief note below the build, if nothing else. And a single build is never very good. Builds have to be flexible and adjust for situations. Take a look at most high-rated guides and you'll see they offer at least 1 example build, but then show alternate items etc.
As for whether you should build Toxic Blade or Witchblade, it would depend on who you are fighting against and the goal you are trying to achieve. If you need to counter enemy healing while also solidifying your boxing potential; Toxic Blade. If you are fighting against one or more Auto-Attack-based gods and want to limit their damage output while improving your own; Witchblade.
A god's build can vary widely from one match to the next, with item choices being dependent on many different factors.
I also feel that some of the other items should be reconsidered. For example, Hydra's Lament doesn't really seem to fit the theme of the build, and I'm confused as to why Golden Blade is included, considering Amaterasu doesn't struggle with clearing waves.
For purchase order, I saw the note that said "Skip Boots", and I wouldn't recommend that, as Boots are an essential item throughout any mode.
After boots, you typically want some sort of defensive item or offense/defense hybrid. This would be a good item slot to put your Berserker's Shield or something like a Shogun's Kusari, depending on which type of protection (magical or physical) you value at the time. After that you can add in your other situational/utility items.
Example build:
Warrior's Blessing
Ninja Tabi
Berserker's Shield
Shogun's Kusari
