This is the ideal Tyr build. A lot of solo laners have been going this core in their builds.
Explanation behind relic dagger. I have a lot of people questioning why relic dagger is a good item on Tyr. If your character uses blink get relic dagger. It’s a cheap item gives cdr movespeed and a lot of health. The main reason is the health and the passive. The passive makes your relics be on a much shorter cooldown and Tyr having blink more often is not something to mess with.
Blink all the time you’ll have it up often.
Your ult is all but useless use it all the time.
Your 1, 2 combo is power stance is based off of timing; if you want somebody to get pushed farther say under a tower or closer to your team wait to use your second ability in the combo until last second for max range. If you want them to go less far than use the 2 instantly afterr the 1.
You can cancel your 1 buy using your 2 mid dash (works on both dashes).
Try to ult in you power stance for extra damage.
Your 3rd ability is a aa reset use it. (Auto 3 auto)
You’re knock up immune in your dash use it.

And since this is a solo lane build, maybe the Magi's Cloak is slightly out of place?
Magi's Cloak might be just a bit out of place in this situation, IMO. Mantle of Discord might be the better option because there's only 1 of each prot type and he'll be a bit squishy. The Sledge should also probably be one of the item options.
Regarding more health, my argument there is that you already have 1,000 added health through all your other items in that build example, with fairly low protections. eHP is a thing, and at the prot level in your build, I think prots will be more effective just in an overall ability to absorb more damage without dying.
But yeah, if you're having your way and able to aggress on the enemy, Magi's gives you added utility in that respect.
