Anybody worth their salt is going to capitalize on the obscene lack of early game damage alongside the lack of any resemblance of movement speed. Medusa also gets extreme benefits from building early game power and movement speed between the fact that all 4 of her abilities deal damage and the fact that her passive is designed for constant strafe play.

The build also doesn't really do hardly any damage. It seems to be trying to awkwardly find a mix between proc damage from and Crit damage but not quite building in such a way that benefits either of them. This build also falters horribly against any team building into a good chunk of defence.

I'm certainly glad this build has been working for you but I don't see it working well at all against players that really know what they're doing.

As the post covers, building before any Power items is strongly discouraged. Delaying boots for that long is also not optimal.

The Reason I Delay Boots That Long Is Cause The Map For This Build Is Mainly Joust since its a small map use can just use her sliding ability to get out of hard places at the begging, And Also If you play her right you should fill you pockets with money fast to buy boots. & Bow is Something i put on cause i have noo aim so ya also it helps the attack speed.

There are a couple of other things (besides the link DV-8 provided and you really should read if you haven't) that need to be considered though...

In general, Tabi represents good early value for the gold. And yes, early game, there's not a lot of space between the two towers. But mobility and location still play a role. Higher MS means you can get to the 2 buffs quicker, go aggressive and steal their buff easier if the opportunity is there, and allows you to extend further without being in as much danger. It also lets you relocate in an engagement better. No matter what, MS is always helpful.
I personally feel Poisoned Star isn't worth it in most teamfight modes, unless you're getting into situations where you can 1v1 enemies without outside interference, or when you constantly come across enemies that are massively out of position and find themselves against multiple gods by themselves. Otherwise, the stats are somewhat poor (low power, low crit chance), and even worse in S6 which hits tomorrow.

It's better perhaps in Conquest, when you can find yourself 1v1 against the enemy ADC, giving yourself an advantage when you do crit, which is not really reliable as is.
Crit scales off of power. Anytime you choose a crit build, you typically want to avoid items with 0 power (e.g. Odysseus' Bow, Asi). O-Bow is much better in builds that incorporate Qin's Sais.
Good thing here is, you do (eventually) get The Executioner, which is a mistake a lot of newer players make. Pen/protection reduction is powerful, and essential to maximize damage output.
In the end, I think you're able to find more success with this build due to the level of competition, since your game account level is still low (level 26 is what it says). As your account gets higher, and if you're able to do well enough for matchmaking start placing you with higher skill players, you'll do better to learn to make a more efficient build.
