Would almost always get Wind Demon on AA-hunters without a AA-steroid though.
Also getting PS/WS may be reliant if you're getting either bloodforge/devo's/trans early
You mean "Active ATACK SPEED AA-Steroids" or "ATTACK SPEED AA-Steroids" in general?
In the second case we have Flutter and Ullr ultimate.
My personal preference for most non-steroid gods is the Trans/Qin's route.
If my calculations are correct, the amount of time the target is slowed balances out at 63% crit chance. Below that, hammer is better because it will proc more consistently.
Because of this, I think Poisoned Star would be best on gods with inherent crit chance, like Artemis, Jing Wei, Ne Zha, and Hun Batz.
