Good idea, but I think you should limit the list in 1 or 2 patches

+1 to the guide and +1 rep. As Bran mentioned, this is definitely convenient.

I actually think this is interesting, even if it's extremely limited in scope at this point (only going back to 5.19). It's nice, concise, and all in one location.

Kriega's suggestions would require you to go to the notes for each patch and scroll down to the god balance sections, or go to the Wiki and click on each separate history. That's functional, but not convenient.

And I think a blog would be less organized and presentable than how the guide format allows it. Also, a blog will eventually get buried, as they don't get refreshed when you change things. A guide is just straight up a better format for this.

In essence, this doesn't hurt anyone. It's Epic's effort, you're not being made to read it or make it. I really don't understand why people have to complain.

I agree. However, they might want to make it into a general guide. As of now, this guide is listed under King Arthur.

I don't think matchups show up in general guides. And honestly the use of the matchups function is pretty genius.

There is no need for this. Smite has official patchnotes on their website. Smite wiki shows the changelog on each god's page.
