Ideally you start with tier 2 book of thoth, 1 health pot and 2 mana pots.
Book of Thoth, Deso, Magi Shoes and Poly are fine in this style of build, but Tahuti does not belong here neither does Bancrofts.
Tahuti and Bancrofts are meant for Auto-attack based Chronos builds.
This build also has no high % penetration item (Obisidian or Demonic).
So I will sugggest 3 alternatives:

And for levelling order it should be: 1, 3 , 2 ,1 , 4 then max the 1, then max the 3 , then max the 2 , then max the ult.
Anyway i'll explain. His 4th section of accelerate grants more basic attack scaling based on power which obviously improves his basic attack damage, and Tahuti provides a large, raw amount of power and has a passive that helps boost it further giving Chronos high and consistent auto attack damage. The passive also works against structures and objectives that are under 50% health too making his auto's hit harder against them which amplifies his already strong structure push, and improves his objective damage. Building him Auto-attack based lowers his burst and ability poke but gives him better DPS instead making him a suitable carry, and Tahuti enhances this particular strength. It especially is good against tanks as they die slower than squishies.
Edit: Tahuti does not work against structures.
