If you are new to scylla and are not confident in your ability to pull off blink aggressive pre 1 min kills .

Start on finishing focus boots . Moving into an early Spear will give you the pen you lost in season 6 so you can keep up with tanks . This also gives you the added benefit of power and cooldown .
Chronos is a solid item in S7 which has high power and cooldown. All of these help you pressure early by constantly poking the enemy .

Most effective item against a standard team comp . Works very well into scyllas 1 and 2 . Weave a basic attack inbetween these two abilitys and you will 1 shot people with ease.
Soul R
This will usually be your final item . It provides high power and penetration but is only effective against enemies building into HP items . If the enemy are going all out with magical protections then do not build this item.
obsidian S
This item is weak on power however if you are fighting enemies with lots of magical protection such as warriors and tanks that are zoning you. If you build this upon being zoned you all out with your kit on the tank . You will get through them like butter using a full combo .

Soul Reaver
Full build . Very strong against mages , ADC's and assasins . Also counters warriors and tanks building health items over magical defence .

Start with the given starter items . Upon clearing speed move to lane and do not attack the minions with abilitys . Use basics to hit the front swordsmen . Once the enemy mid laner is in range of your 2 immediately cast it hitting them and the 3 archer minions both clearing wave , slowing the enemy and damaging them . You will now hit level 2 , immediately acquire your 1 and either combo them with a 1 , 2 or if they are not low enough hit them with a 2 ... back off , then blink , 1 - 2 - basic . This will kill the mid laner often stripping aegis or beads along with it .
From there the game is yours ... invade .. farm do what ever you want .. your scylla ;p
Start with the same items as conquest ..
Clear blue , Clear mid XP camps , Move to lane .. immediately start poking the enemy with the 2 until they are backed into tower ... from there hold the wave by not attacking it blocking the enemy from gaining XP .. if they try to attack the minions throw another 2 at them . EZ
