Can be done with similar items, just stance dance everything close to you and watch your team-mates eat it up. Relics are up to you but I prefer Bead and Thorns.

If I were to offer an interesting non meta bell build, I'd probably focus on basic attacks but with something like double hammer (Frost + Rune). Add shogun's and maybe exe to that, and use Ninja and either mantle or urchin (not in that order). Why that build? Just came to mind, and the aspect I'm thinking of is her strong basic attack effects, with
That's what I'm talking about when I think of niche builds that can possibly be effective in maybe Arena or something with the right team comp.
P.S. You both would be correct if this was meant to be a “normal” build.
Those 2 items give some sustain, and on top of that, you're getting both
