Passive:
Every time Set damages an enemy, he gains one attack speed stack until it maxes out. When attacking Horus, Set gains two stacks but only against Horus. A passive like plays nicely into his hybrid playstyle. Abilities and autos are his main form of damage so building hybrid would be the best option for Set. It should be noted that item effects will not proc your passive so don't get the idea.
Skewer:
Set shoots out a line projectile that pierces all enemies it goes through and applies a slow to said enemies. A nice ability that comes in handy when you can't catch up to your dying target. That's not all, when you have a Spawn on the field you can use Skewer to pick a direction to have your clone can dash and deal damage. Set fights dirty, and this ability solidifies that idea, with attacks that can come from any angle which can make for some cheeky plays.
Spawn of Set:
Summon a clone, that's it. They're mostly stationary and will attack any enemy within its melee range. It becomes fun when you weave your clones into your 1st and 3rd ability.
Sandstorm:
In a short radius around you, a tiny sandstorm surrounds your dealing damage and blurring the vision of all enemies caught in the radius. When you have a Spawn on the field, you can target the clone and teleport to it. Reduces physical dmg as well.
Kingslayer:
Gains a slight movement speed buff for a short duration, Set goes ballistic. Each time Set attacks an enemy god while in this state applies a stack to them. When the max number of stacks are met, the enemy takes a small amount of damage, Set gains a small amount of health back and summons a Spawn to the maximum amount. This ability sounds fun in concept but difficult to pull it off as he's not CC immune or gets any defensive options so you're just as easy to kill so be careful. Use in conjunction with sandstorm and skewer to not only keep those heals coming but also the multiple Spawns on the field will do a metric ton of damage.
STAGES OF THE GAME
Early Game
Starting, Set will have a moderate time. Just farm up and gank whenever possible.
Middle Game
Once you get your ultimate online, start making your rounds ganking lanes and providing sneak attacks against enemy gods who think they are at a safe distance from you and your team. Set's Spawns hit hard, and he hits harder so use this spike in power to go after squishes who don't have the level to survive a fight against you.
Late Game
This is where Set sort of loses effectiveness. He still hits hard, but with the enemy now at their strongest, he won't be able to provide the quick burst without needed to go into his ultimate for all engagements.

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
SMITEFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new god, or fine tune your favorite SMITE gods’s build and strategy.
