Sols Brief and Not really Guide Joust Break Down

Honestly....I didnt want to fill out this section. didnt realize that when i put mulitple builds on a single section that it goes into a guide and now im forced to fill this out. So instead im just ganna ramble off into my explanations of why i have certain items in certain builds.

In joust i dont recommend going stacks every single game i like to go bancroft instead cause its instaint power and sustain. plus once you have your core items built (ADC) you can solo bull demon as long as you save you 1 to help heal you when you get to about 25% health since the amount of heal you get is scaled off of you missing health. after the core items you want your typical pen items cause by then the guardian/warrior more than likely has atleast one item built against you. items like the far left ring if youre going adc build or spear of deso and devine ruin. i dont reccommend going obsidian shard unless you are being HARD countered. that goes for conquest too not just joust.

You still haven't fixed the builds, especially the Joust one.

Largest issue I have with this is that it encourages an ability based sol gameplay to begin with. But with Sol that just doesn't work very well with her kit. She's not like Chronos that has heavy hitting abilities on top of the basic attack oriented kit. She only has one True damage ability aside from her ult and the other two, while they do damage are best served being used as a bump into your passive or to kite box with your basic attacks.

Building her ability based just saps away from what she does well and gives no returns in efficiencies in other departments. Besides, you're going to get good ability damage just from building her to her strengths either way, so might as well do that to begin with.

I'm usually the first to advocate playing and building gods differently but Sol's kit just funnels you so strongly into a singular playstyle with the passive that it just doesn't really work for her.

Ability based Sol is viable but not the ideal build of course, and you want to have some form of CDR and Soul Gem in the build to give extra burst to your 2 and be able to poke with the 2 more often. Something like Thoth, cdr boots, soul gem, obisidan, deso/divine, situational (attack speed ring, soul reaver, book of dead etc...)

Mage's Blessing is awful on Sol I wouldn't even list it as an option.

Also Shaman's Ring is not a penetration item and this build is lacking a Demonic Grip or/and a Obsidian Shard.

Also Stone of Fal is a terrible item.

As for the conquest builds, Warlocks is not core in Mid. It just isn't. Book of thoth should be listed as a possible option for both ADC and Mid, but preferably for Mid. Ideally your mid build is something like pen boots, bancrofts, demonic, divine ruin, telkhines, obsidian shard.

Lastly, there's no point getting Shaman's Ring on Sol when Telkhines Ring exists.

Ideal Starter for Mid: Hunter's Blessing, Tiny Trinket, 2 health pots, and 2 mana pots.

For Adc use the same start but swap tiny trinket for tier 1 celestial legion helm if against a physical adc or/and support.

I didn't realize the shamans ring evolved wasn't considered pen. Its really only going to be effective against a all squishy team. But even then rod of tahuti would be a better pick. Also didn't know Bancroft had a potential 200 power at lower health. That's a way better start item then Thoth. Also I included the mages blessing only cause all of her abilities do damage and some people would prefer an ability base Sol. But in my notes I put (recommended) next to the hunters blessing start

Even if you go ability based Sol you should be going Hunter’s blessing because 1. Mage’s blessing is only good on her 2 and in a lot of cases you aren’t going to get to use the 1 for wave clear, and using her 3 for wave clear is just asking to be ganked. 2. Hunter’s blessing works really well with her passive early

Agreed on the above.

For ADC, personally feel Demonic Grip should also be in the core group. Bancroft, Shoes, and select pen should all be core, and Demonic not being listed here is a definite oversight when focusing strongly on basic attacks.
