-Amaterasu Fast Lightning! can easily takedown 3 enemies at once!(while initing whit team) if u need more speed just heal from ur ability and run faster some time!(shield of regwrowth)
is effective build that lets u fight longer but not so effective! need support from another player. after some time when enemies have taked some damage u simply ult them and while they are stunned, then u may finish them of, but if someone runs just use glorius charge.
easy 1vs1 build against any physical or mage enemy god.. (notice there is no defence items! reason for it is i use this build when 1vs1 whit custom match but it also works whit duel)
start whit boots and then aim for trancendence.. then go for swords!

Why would you ever prioritize Glorious Charge for damage? It's her only escape -- yeah, sometimes it should be used to initiate, mainly against magic gods who are already casting against either your lane buddy or very dangerous priority gods (maybe like Kukul) in a team fight.
This build will struggle with clear, and it's not REALLY a genuine AA build without Frostbound Hammer. If this is an arena only build, then, well, okay...but it still lacks team presence. Also, Hastened Fatalis AND Witchblade...plus Wind Demon? Why one crit item? And doesn't this build overcap on AS when it's procced? I don't understand why ONE crit item? It's clearly the best choice, and she's definitely going to be fast, but if it's a pure AA build it lacks ANY tankiness necessary to survive in the end game and instead seems to rely on the MS proc from SoR to escape? I noticed you've taken beads and sanc, which might also address some of that issue, but you have 1 get-out-of-hard CC card to play here and that's it.
It just seems like this is a build you MIGHT consider if you were snowballing in order to push towers and harass squishies, but I don't see this as being a real teamfight build. I know you say this is 1v1...okay, but that doesn't play to Ama's strengths at all. You should be rolling in with buffed aura, dropping your 4+2(charged) and then using your 3 to either stop a cast or to catch along with your aura.
If it's not a conquest build, then excuse me, but that's not noted here anywhere.
Maybe this works as a joust rush build?
