Sell boots buy potion and grab divine ruin
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
SMITEFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new god, or fine tune your favorite SMITE gods’s build and strategy.

I get the Chronos' Pendant, cooldown reduction is nice on every god but Hades doesn't need it that much; especially with there being better items at the moment.
Rod of Tahuti is a great item at the moment so no issues there.
Spear of Desolation and Divine Ruin are great items for any mage build, however these are flat penetration items, essentially meaning the earlier you build it the more value you will get. This is because earlier into the game most gods will have around 35 protections, if you have 10 flat penetration it will deal damage as though the target has only 25. Later into a game however gods have more protections and you have to deal with tanks who are building extra protections. This is where percent penetration comes in.
If you are a tank with 200 protections and Hades has 10 flat pen, then it will come down to 190, however if Hades has 30 percent pen then it will come down to 140.
With this in mind, and seeing as the only percentage penetration in your build is with Rod of Tahuti, I would suggest only picking up Spear of Desolation and swapping it for Divine Ruin if you need antiheal instead. On top of that purchase it much earlier. Then I would get rid of the Chronos' Pendant completely and in that space I would put the Spear of Desolation.
That leaves 1 item slot towards the end and also an option to replace your boots with. My personal favourite is getting a Mantle of Discord, because Hades needs to get in and out of fights this gives him some survivability which I would follow up with swapping the boots for Pythagorem's Piece to give me some more lifesteal with some percent penetration.
The other option here, is to fill this slot with Obsidian Shard to give you a huge amount of percentage penetration to help deal with tanks and objectives like the Fire Giant. With that in mind you would then swap your boots for either Sacrificial Shroud or Soul Gem to round out with some lifesteal.
Sorry to make the response so long, hope this helps!
