PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your abilities have 40% reduced healing for 5 seconds. Your next successful damaging ability on an enemy triggers a chain lightning, damaging the target and up to 4 nearby enemies for 40 damage + 10% of your Magical Power. This can only occur once every 20 seconds.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Discussion: This is a pure offensive item with reasonable power and good penetration, and is used very specifically to counter enemy healing of all types (lifesteal, self healing, group healing, Meditation Cloak, HP5). Can be built at all stages of a match, but typically better built later, when healing abilities are generally stronger.
