I think there's room for vast improvement of this build concept. I do note that this is for Joust (Joist XD) as opposed to Conquest, so there are different things to consider here compared to standard Conquest.
  • Crit's central to the build so yup, understood on Bristle acorn.

  • Devo's IMO is not the play here. While you're going to get crits, and crits typically apply on basics (plus Dart per Bristle's passive), that doesn't really justify the use of Devo's. For stacking, you're not going to be the main wave clear god (or at least I hope not). So you're going to stack slower since you need to get last hits. In addition, even when going crits, you're not really looking to sit there constantly basic attacking. You're not Kali or Baka, you have much higher reliance on abilities. IF you need / want to consider a lifesteal item at the start, you probably should go with Soul Eater, which has some CDR and also has pen, and the stacking on that is way easier as you only need to be near something dying. That said, I'd also consider completely foregoing lifesteal of any type, at least at the start.

  • Golden Blade is a really poor choice IMO. That's used for minion clear, usually in the Jungle. With very little jungle, okay maybe this helps you with lane clear, but again, not ideal to have Rat being the wave clear guy. Also, you'll get very little use out of this with enemy gods...they typically won't be bunched up where you'll get tons of extra damage from the passive.

It's also taking a key early spot in the build lineup where, if you were set on getting something like Rage, you probably want to start building stacks on that as soon as possible and so should consider it in that place if you insist on building it.

  • Odysseus' Bow isn't ideal for crit builds. Crits multiply off of base damage + power, and O-Bow has 0 power and 0 pen, so you're not increasing your crit damage with this item, outside of the DPS considered through higher AS. Don't get this.

  • Then you finally build Rage. Too late. I also think if in the rest of your build you're not considering Deathbringer, then you're weakening the potential of the build.

  • Finally you get Bloodforge, another lifesteal item on top of Devo's...do you really need more lifesteal? IMO I would consider a late BF and forego Devo's altogether, like previously mentioned.

  • Items not considered in your build that SHOULD be considered:

    - Deathbringer: any crit build obviously benefits from the increased crit damage from this item. It also provides Glyph options, of which in Joust I think you're usually best served with Malicious Deathbringer to get your abilities back up more quickly.

    - Hydra's Lament: you should probably consider this item, and early. The CDR is nice, the pen is helpful, and you should be able to get your attack cancels in to get good use out of this. In a full non-ult commit with a Dash initiation, you might go 1-basic-2-basic-3-basic, interchanging the 2 and 3 where necessary. That's a lot of Hydra proc potential.

    - Fail-Not: Nice CDR boost for higher aggression. % pen. After ulting, allow teammates to also crit. Quite functional for Joust.
In the end, a significant adjustment to the build might look something like this: Bristlebush Acorn -> Hydra's Lament -> Fail-Not -> Malicious Deathbringer. That base gives you 20% pen (at next patch) and 75% base crit chance. Last 2 items are situational, you can consider slotting Soul Eater in Hydra's spot if you really want that lifesteal early, grabbing Hydra's after DB, and finishing up with whatever (BBS, Crusher, Heartseeker, etc.). You could even consider a bit of prots just to have some survivability...like a Magi's Cloak or something.
