You can buy 2 health potions for more health without needing to land your 1, but the mixed potion provides both health and mana.
I made 2 separate builds for Arachne with separate skill orders and all. Lately I’ve been ordering the second one named “Team Player”. You can find out by clicking on the bar up at the very top and changing between the two.
IMPORTANT: Qin’s Sais are practically a MUST HAVE for Arachne. It’s not only probably one of the best assassin items in the game, it also meshes with Arachne’s passive PERFECTLY!
The damage and healing from your 1 is sometimes the best thing in Arachne's kit. The damage over time combined with Manikin Scepter also sometimes will even seal your kill. It's hilarious when they die while you're running away
You can delay this leveling sequence and upgrade your Ult whenever possible, but this is what provides me great results with this build and my play style. Results may vary
If rushing The Crusher you want to rush your 3 instead of your 1, then level your 1. You also want to level your Ult whenever possible.

This build provides WAY less attack speed, but provides a ton more physical power and makes your broodlings and
Arachne is a very squishy god with tons of dps potential, making her a very high risk high reward character to play as. You can utilize her speed buff from running on her webs produced by her 3 and Ult to chase your kills or get away. If you are being attacked you want to hit your enemies with the webs, but if you are being chased and are only in danger of jump or ranged abilities use your 3 in front of you and try to block off an entire path, that way you run faster and make them think twice about following you any further. Whenever you initiate combat you should try to mark your target by hitting them with your 3 and chase them down on the webs with your broodlings before unleashing your 2 and 1. Usually I save my Ult for getting out of combat as quickly and safely as possible, but while you are on your webs in your Ult your won't be targeted by the tower or the minions and can't be damaged by most enemy god abilities and attacks, so it can be used to jump into the tower and kill a low health enemy god inside the area, but you will want to bring an aegis amulet with you to get out. You can also heal from potions while you are on your Ult's webs, but you can't use items or relics while upside down, so when retreating from a bad situation I usually try to hit somebody with her 1 and possibly her 3 and drink 1 health potion and 1 mixed potion right before using my Ult and then try to get as far away as possible, but sometimes you won't have time for all of that. If you have less time try to at least drink your potions then stay in the webs as long as possible. It's normally not until later levels that I am comfortable initiating combat with Arachne's Ult, unless I have a teammate to back me up or some other advantageous position, but I always immediately wanna hit them with my webs then activate both of Arachne's first two abilities and try to kill them as fast as possible. The slow effect from Arachne's 3 is very useful for pushing, retreating, or even just holding an area. You can place them to block off areas and discourage enemies from going through, hit an enemy to slow them and distract them with the spiders, or to initiate combat and hone in on your target. If you play safely and try to target any assassins, mages, or hunters before any guardians, or warriors you can get quick easy kills for your team and provide yourself with plenty sustain potential. Always remember your primary goal is to stay alive! Don't jump into any dangerous situatations without your abilities, and definitely don't jump 2 or more opponents unless you know for sure you can kill them both, or at least scare the other off while you are in the process of killing the first one.
Hydra's Lament usual attack order: 3-chase-2-aa-1-aa sometimes followed up by another 3 to seal the kill or get back out of combat safely
Full Build/With Ult(possibly also Arondight): Ult-3-2-1-aa
Any god can synergize well with Arachne with some teamwork
I typically change out the last item between the ferocious executive, the toxic blade, or A.S.I. based on whichever would be more useful in the specific matchup.
I definitely suggest Silverbranch Bow on Arachne. If you build with any items that provide attack speed then in the late game your 2 will push your attack speed above 2.5. With this build, in the late game you can gain 70 power duration of your 2.
Potions are your best friends. Try to always have a stock of 3 health potions and 3 mixed potions. Drink one of each whenever you enter combat or need the healing
These are all really useful utility items for the last spot of the Final Build.
Arondight: provides a ton of physical power, then backs that up with an effect similar to Hydra's Lament that can be especially hurtful when stacked with Arachne's 1 (if you want to stack this with Hydra's Lament build Hydra's Lament in the final item slot then sell Golden Blade for Arondight), this item also provides cooldown reduction which is always nice
A.S.I.:provides attack speed, lifesteal, and decent power, then provides an significant lifesteal buff at 35% hp to last a bit longer in combat or to gain a significant heal while farming camps on the side if you can go without retreating
Bloodforge: it's lifesteal and movement speed is always nice, but it's ability's movement speed buff is ridiculous and you gain a shield instantly after killing somebody
Hastened Katana: isn't really necessary but sometimes comes in handy if your opponents are pushing far away from their towers.
Frostbound Hammer: in a similar boat as Hastened Katana, but it actually debuffs the enemy and stacks with your 3 and Manikin Scepter, granting you AND your teammates even more time to kill your target
Hydra's Lament: the power is decent, but this provides 10% penetration AND 10% cooldown AND tons of MP5 to further enable you to heal, farm, and possibly get even more kills on enemy gods. If you buy this I definitely suggest selling Golden Blade for Arondight.
Relic Dagger: Usually only shines in Assault with Cloak of Meditation, but it does make it easier for you to attack more frequently
Toxic Blade: its penetration and movement speed are always nice, and its attack speed works really well with the build, but this item is usually only more useful than Executioner when you're facing somebody that provides tons of healing (ie Aphrodite, Hel, Sylvanus, Horus), or somebody building tons of lifesteal (usually somebody like Hades or Anubis)
The Crusher: This doesn't benefit your 1 or your 2, but it makes your broodlings apply the bleeding and makes them more threatening. If your enemies constantly push your web walls or neglect your broodlings this is a really nice weapon to punish them with.
Baron Brew: Best potion in the game! Always get this at the very start in place of your potions when playing with a Baron
Use your preference of the upgraded Aegis Amulet, Beads, and Sundering Spear
I always use Aegis Shield at the start unless facing a ton of crowd control, then I open with beads. Then if my team is doing well I'll get the belt of fury.
Trembling Terror: Works well with Arachne's kit immediately after your target get's trapped in her 2 while you get free attacks on them to stun them even longer
Fortifying Shell: Great for if you're playing games where you need more chances to run away from danger. Using right before your Ult allows you greater chance of launching it in time and even greater speed to run away
Entangling Wings: Very versatile! Can be used aggressively to trap a target or halt the enemy team's movement in a team fight and gives you tons of movement speed to get in and attack them, or defensively by stopping any attackers and giving you a practically free chance to run away. This can also stack with your web speed buff.
Sundering Arrow: Usually only used when you're playing defensively and need more ranged damage to give you and your allies more confidence in team fights. Usually I get Sundering Blast, but Sundering Siphon synergizes really well with your 1 and can be used in similar ways.
