This is a build only, not a guide. This build is only situational. My example video is in a match of the day vs many tanky opponents and i decided to try building a lot of penetration items against them. With remarkable success as it turns out. Hopefully you can recreate my success with this build and enjoy it as much as I. Thanks for looking!

This was in Cooldowns Runneth Over, so don't expect to be able to spam your 2 as much as I did!
Pros
+Decent Damage and steroid
+Good escape
+Nice simple kit
+Ult is incredibly satisfying to snipe kills with!
Cons
-Slow early game
-Pretty squishy
-Generally, once CC'd or caught with your escape on cooldown, you've had it!
-Everyone knows where and when you're going to land from your ult and there's usually a crowd of blood thirsty enemies waiting for you.
Rama has a very good kit, nice and easy and he packs a mighty punch once he's full build. Whilst this might not be the best build in some situations, it is good when vs tanky enemies. Plenty of penetration items, some crit and a dash of lifesteal to help you box and you're sorted. Good luck!

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

instead of going exe+titans pick up itemls that don't counter each other u can for example do this: warrior tabi+ichival(for it's flat pen and attack speed and it gives u a potential to box other attack damage carries)+asi(lifesteal attack speed and flat pen)+qin sais (to melt down tanks attack speed and power)+titans bane(yeah for the pen)+the crusher or beat stick (maybe jotuns for ability based adc's like neith)
I Agree.
although he has made this build for arena and he wants to go crit rama so:
Warrior Tabi, Ichaival, Asi into Deathbringer/ Rage, Malice/ Rage, wind demon.
Tier 3: PASSIVE - Basic attacks against an enemy reduce your target's Physical Protection by 8% and an additional 6 points for 3 seconds (max 3 stacks).
//so that was 24% + 18 points, which were even easier achievable because of the stacks going up to only 3
But overall, it's not like Titan's Bane renders The Executioner useless and vice versa, it basically just lowers its efficiency regarding penetration by 33%- and, to be honest, I'm not quite sure what Your point is, still.
(right now I'll be going out but when I return I can try visualising some examples regarding the damage itself using the formula taken from SmiteWiki (I believe such basic mechanics don't change from patch to patch))
Damage = (100 × Unmitigated Damage)/(Protections + 100) including: Attack Damage = Base Damage + (Base Damage per lvl × God's lvl) + (100% of Physical Power OR 20% of Magical Power)
Yes it did, and it even explains that in the video you linked.
I looked through these videos, and there's literally nothing more constructive than what CakeSlapping said- not to mention that the The Executioner information is outdated there as it was more efficient overall back before the change, working like old Spear of the Magus; reducing protections both by percentage and flat amount.
Let's say an enemy has 100 protections.
Once you've stacked The Executioner it removes 32% of those (which would be, in this case 32)
They now have 100-32 protections, which is 68.
Then Titan's Bane gets 33% penetration against what's left.
So, 33% of 68 is 22.4 but let's just call it 22 to keep things simple.
So after Titan's ignoring, in this case, 22 protections, the enemy is left with 68-22 protections, which is 46.
100-46=54 so you have bypassed 54 protections, which is 54% of their total protections.
So by using both Titan's Bane and The Executioner together, you have effectively now bypassed 54% of the enemies protections. It's 12% less than their individual penetrative values put together, but 54% effective penetration is still A LOT to have vs a tanky team comp.
Now stop arguing Intelloyell
