Obsidian Shard (burst) or Spear of the Magus (Whirlwind ticking) are two suggested pen options.

Then, as Kriega mentioned, there's double-stacking of Book of Thoth + Warlock's Staff. In case you don't know, OP, double-stacking isn't typically suggested. If you want a measure of survivability, you might consider Book of the Dead later for the shield at low health, or maybe Mantle of Discord or Magi's Cloak in cases where you're getting jumped at close range often. Just not Warlock's on top of Thoth.

Your other items are mostly fine...but only fine if you've covered the core needs, which you haven't. Again...0 pen. I'm guessing you might not know how pen affects your damage against various enemies. If you want an explanation, I'll be happy to discuss, but want to make sure you're not a one and done build poster.

Finally, another burst damage option is missing. Polynomicon provides some sustain via lifesteal, and often works very well for Kuk with high power/pen. It's fine if you don't like the item, but in presenting a single build with no options, I'm guessing you might not know it's even an option...

Anyway, 0 pen for a damage god = downvote. This needs to be fixed for it to be considered otherwise.
