Build Item Healing Potion Healing Potion
Build Item Purification Beads Purification Beads
Build Item Aegis Amulet Aegis Amulet

Core items

Notes I feel like Doom orb is a must item on a Morrigan, it adds really nice damage and gives that extra movement speed that's very needed on Morrigan so she can easily and quickly escape and vanish out of danger zone so it doesn't reveal break her Confusion

Build Item Polynomicon Polynomicon
Build Item Spear of Desolation Spear of Desolation
Build Item Doom Orb Doom Orb

Example Build 1

Notes I always build Polynomicon somewhere around 4th slot, because I find it pretty useless building it early, cause you just don't have enough power just yet to make any use of it. But you can build Polynomicon before Desolation if you'd like.

Example Build 2

Notes This build is a little bit more for penetration. But I swapped doom orb for Chronos for a bit more pen, in a sense we sacrificed movement speed for a bit more pen in this build, also you will have 30% CD Reduction.
Note I personally don't really like building Shoes of the Magi instead I always go for Shoes of Focus

Example Build 3

Notes This build, well I like to call it stack-build, cause it's the only build with stacking item. It sure can be great, I'm not the type of person that likes to particularly stack items, but this is also a very powerful build, it just takes time to stack book of Thoth. You get more Power. If you're confident in yourself, you can use this build as well.

Other items you can include as needed

Notes I use Mantle if I decide to build tanky, cause I can always transform into top dmg god and use them for damage purposes.

Bancroft if you need more HP sustain in your lane, say you're in the solo lane and you can't afford to go back every now and then cause your Teleport glyph is on CD, then this comes in handy to bring your HP back in no time.

Charon's Coin, meh, I've seen people using this item, but I'm not sure about it. I use it sometimes if I REALLY want THAT movement speed, but most of the time I don't, but still, it's totally okay to use it on Morrigan cause a lot of people do.

Introduction

Welcome to my guide for The Morrigan, The Phantom Queen!

I play casual Conquest and all the other modes, but important thing is, I am no pro, I'm just a person who loves to play Morrigan a lot with 25k Worshippers and mainly plays casual games.
The Morrigan The Morrigan is like I mentioned earlier, my favorite Goddess and she's the reason I joined Smite back in 2017, hence this guide for The Morrigan
Pay attention: There are two builds, for now, Solo and Mid lane Morrigan, even tho I play her as Jungler sometimes, not that much therefore I will add that one later. But basically, The Morrigan can fill so many roles if you master her, she can be a decent support, decent Jungler, Decent Solo Laner and of course, amazing Mid lane, so basically she can fill all the roles except Adc. But yeah it depends on the person. This is why I just love playing The Morrigan
I already made a Guide for The Morriganback in 2018 for Season 5.

Anyways, let's begin this journey of understanding Morrigan, Phantom queen

Need to fix your levelling order.

Also not sure CDR is that worth on Morrigan since her ult borrows the ult cooldown of the god's ult she transforms into, and CDR doesen't apply to it.

Also better start if you're going Doom Orb is Magic Shoes, Lost Artifact, 1 Mana Potion or Multi Potion.

It still W.I.P for leveling I need to get in-game to check to level order.

I don't know, but I always used Cooldown builds on her, not just for ult, her 2 can be spammy as well and it deals quite a damage, that second less might just be what you need to down an enemy with Dark Omen, so yeah. I don't build CD Red. mainly for her ult. Her confusion benefits from it as well, you can cast it more often.

As for Potion, as I stated it's still W.I.P and I wasn't in-game atm I was creating this guide, so I'm not sure how much gold I have left after buying Magic Shoes and Lost Artifact I'll have to fix that once I get on today and see, same goes for abilities order.
I don't prefer Multi Potion Myself, in fact, I don't remember last time buying that, I usually go with separate mana and hp potion, but these are such trivial things, I leave that up to players, all three cost 50 gold so I guess it depends on the person whichever they'd like to buy.

But yeah, I have a lot of things to fill up, for now, I just published so I have finished template and basic stuff. I have free time today, tomorrow and until 6 pm on Monday before work, so I'll try to finish this in the meantime

Actually nevermind the Mage's blessing, artifact and pots start is also fine for mid for Doom Orb.

Also don't recommend Thoth on Morrigan. Just get Doom Orb.

Last don't get Warlocks on Morrigan it's an awful item, just get Ethereal Staff if you want HP.
