Boots, Book of Thoth or Soul Reaver, then Bancroft’s Talon
Pro: High Damage, High Mana, and Some Lifesteal
Con: Inconsistent Damage (Damage varies)
Pro: High Damage, Good Pen., Max Cooldown Rate, and Good Burst Potential.
This Build is very good at pestering and maintaining control against any class.
Pro: Max Cool Down Rate and High Damage.
Con: No Life Steal/Sustain.
I like to Use Mages Blessing for conquest, clash, and Siege for the cooldown and minor mana regeneration it provides to stay in lane longer and get ahead in gold and levels. Boots of Magi is my next item to have early base penetration though i like to trade it out for Boots of Focus by end game for extra cooldown reduction and mana to increase power from book of thoth if i fell like i have enough penetration after purchasing Spear of Desolation (which replaces the lose of cool down from sands of time). If you come across a team with very little Magical Protections, you could also purchase Chronos Pendant as your final item for cool down and power or Ethral Staff for health.
Always upgrade your Ult. when possible. Your main Ability and focus while upgrading is FLAME WAVE. Then PATH OF FLAMES. Then NOXIOUS FUMES. When using your abilities, you want to avid just placing Noxious Fumes. I like to Weaken the Enemy with Rain of Fire until the go back or I find an opening to Chain Rain of Fire with Noxious Fumes instantly after to trigger the stun and Move up with a Flame Wave (only use Path of Flames to move up if you have to and you're sure you’ll be able to escape alive). If you have to go on the defensive; use Path of Flame and follow it up with Noxiouse Fumes assuming it hits Path of Flames to stun them and hit them with Wave of Flames. When it comes to your passive, hit an enemy, tower, minion, or camp 3 times to build up your passive. Once your ready to attack an enemy player (or titan), you want to make sure that you hit an enemy, tower, minion, or camp with a basic attack (to have 4 stacks on your passive) then use an ability on an enemy player or Titan to maximize damage.
Pro: You will be able to damage nearly any enemy God while having a fair amount of cooldown reduction to further maximize DPS.
Con: Like most Mages, you are squishy and can still be killed rather quickly if caught off gaurd by and enemy (especially Assassins).

For Build 3 get pen boots instead of cdr boots as again, your build is capping cdr.
Also you start with your 3 at level one for the clear for first wave.
Also, why are you not considering book of the dead to go with book of thoth?
Lastly, anti heal will easily shut down your triple lifesteal build. I do not understand the need to build 3 lifesteal items on any mage, even anubis.
