A pretty cool Combo for Burst, you dash with your Spirit Sixteen (3), which you cancel after you're in the enemy, then you throw your Madame Fangs (2) and you finish with your Party Trick (1) (you can reverse the (2) and the (1)) and if you haven't killed your enemy yet then finish him with your Ultimate

If u want to go Rings on her go something like Eye, Rod, Telk, Cyclo, Typhon's, Poly
Seems this is common right now. While a lot of times you level the ult when available, I think her balance is probably off quite a bit, and her regular abilities are on the OP side, to the point that it actually isn't bad to get all 3 of those maxed before the ult.
That said, I think alternatively you could consider prioritizing as 1 > 2 > ult > 3 if you're trying for the damage in a teamfight and you are able to get those enemies grouped up for multiple ult hits.
