skip 8; grab Spirit Arrow and World Weaver both at 9
Manikin as a Starter is also really potent, gives some minor protections but lets you poke extra hard and helps clear wave and jungle super quick; you can take blue buff and Firegiant side harpy and still beat the the other solo while they clear blue buff, and because you can kite, you have nearly full health still.
Manikin Hidden Blade, coupled with Crushers and Heartseeker, really makes those World Weaver hits CHUNK the health bar
I've actually been having a lot of fun building solo, with Neith's kit; being able to bully Shiva and tank Thana ults and just flip away is very satisfying...
Trans fixes the Mana problem and gives a nice damage boost, Soul Eater for ability based lifesteal, FB Hammer for 15% slow, Shifters is damage when +75%hp and 40 prots when below 75%hp, winged and relic help with guerilla hit and run and chasing down with frosthammer; all in your sitting at about 3000hp - and your ults still have global range stun for ganks, with 30% CDR (40% with Blue Buff) and 416 movement speed, and a 70s Persistent Teleport you can split push and get out like nobody's business :)
Hey Guys and Gals, my name is Timber and I'm here to share something I've been toying around with to fit a problem I personally have with melee combat - I suck at it lol.
This guide is taking a Hunter and sliding it into the Solo lane; but not just any hunter because we dont need a second ADC on the field. I needed a specific Hunter that has global presence, has CC, has sustain, and has an escape.
I needed Neith!
Death's Toll, coupled with Blue Buff and well placed Unravel, grants you the perfect amount of sustain to keep you in lane longer in the early game, with Persistent Teleport to quickly return - if being out pressured to buy Charged Morningstar and a few more potions.
Drop the defensive Ward right after you grab the Blue Buff to warn you of an early jungle gank.
It's imperative to always grab the Blue Buff, the extra 10% CDR is key to supporting all lanes with World Weaver and with the Blue Buff, a fully-stacked Transcendence, and Jotunn's Vigor you hit the cap of 40% CDR; then start building the Soul Eater as you begin to transition out of laning phase to maintain that sweet, sweet 40%CDR and get a very nice sustain boost to keeping you from getting ganked and last during team fights -- you get to fire off World Weaver every 52 seconds with 40%CDR; and you want to fire it off whenever it's up - the 1.5sec stun is life-changing and it can really chunk when it connects.
Use your Spirit Arrow to lane clear and Unravel to poke/sustain, and your Back Flip will get you out of a lot of gank attempts, or enemy solo combos/ults.
If your Spirit Arrow and your Back Flip is up, and you're not expecting a gank soon or you're in a safe place near your tower; a nice combo is to backflip (creating a weave) and then when you land fire off a quick Spirit Arrow at your weave - it's the perfect distance away and will AOE stun and damage the enemies; a lot of the time their minions exploded in the AOE so you get free shots off on the enemy god (and your minions do too).
You can take out the Totem from the edge of lane to keep an eye on everything and don't have to worry about ganks too much.
Even if you are out pressured; you can safely sit under tower and plink away at the minions with your 1, 2, and 3; back, buy, and teleport back without losing the lane or tower -- allowing your jungle to focus on the mid and duo lane without having to worry about the enemy solo snowballing and taking towers - and if you're firing off hard-hitting ults every 52 seconds, the gank assists will be aplenty!
