Hello

This is my first published build but I know my stuff XD. A few of my friends keep telling me that my build is really good to put lightly. So I figured that I would post it on here and see what everyone thinks.

Pros/Cons

Pros:

    Amazing late game
    Tower eater mid/late game
Most dangerous build in team fights
Good sustain and op wave clear.
Has the potential to defeat a entire team in one area

Cons:
    Weak early game
    Massive amounts of stacking required
Can be overwhelmed (rarely but possible)

How to build?

Now this build is pretty simple. You start out with soulstone to get your mama supply running along with the first item for the shoes. After that you will want to get your stacks going because this is probably the best time to start building them up. Now, both stacking items can be switch around depending on what you need. If you need go, go for warlock's. If you need mana, go thoth. However, you generally want to start off with warlock's due to the extra 25 stacks it has. Next you will either want to go for damage, Tahuti, or Lifesteal, Bancroft. It will vary in your situation but before I go further, let me explain why warlocks and Bancroft are important to this build. Hades' abilities requires him to get up close and personal with the enemy. As such, you either need to go full defense or...have massive amounts of power to kill them quickly. Warlocks gives you both power and go to endure the hits while bancroft will increase your power based upon your health. This makes it where your ultimate becomes a near death sentence in team fights as well as solo surprise attacks on a small group of squishes who will die fast. Finally, you will want to get soul reaver to give your abilities that extra bit of damage. At late game build, you can easily reach 900+ and/or 1000+ power depending on your hp and consumables.

Skills

You want to start of by maxing out your 3 and 4 after you put one point into each of your abilities (it's better to have all your abilities available jic). After that, you will want to max out your 1. This will enable you to clear lanes faster than your counterpart and get an edge over them.

Gameplay

Early game is simple. You want to focus on minions but get in a few cheeky shots here and there at your counterpart. Once your three starts building, you should be able to lay down the hurt on them if they get to close to your abilites, forcing them to retreat from the lane. Once laning phase ends, you will have two roles to play. You can either clear waves with your allies to crush towers, or you can travel through the jungle and tank large groups of enemies with your ultimate to change the tide of the battle. Depending on how the game goes...you will want to split off from your team and push a lane by yourself to destroy the remaining towers (phoenixs too depending on situation). At this point, you should be able to do 100+ damage to both towers and Phoenixs and thus be able to destroy them before the other team can stop you. There's not a lot more I can say because it really depends upon what happens in the game.

Move combos

Wave clear:
1 on minions than 3 to finish them off as you turn around to walk back to where you were. Use 2 on God after hitting them if needed.

Fighting a God:
1 into the God and either two or three depending on their health. If you use two, immediately use three.

Ultimate kill:
1 into a group of Gods than 4 to kill them. Use three immediately after the ult ends if any of them happens to live.

Comment combo:

Wave clear 2:
2 on minions then three. Clears waves and gives you an escape.

Extra

There are some God counters to hades you need to be careful of. One such God is Chaac who's wave clear out ranges yours and he has a better sustain than you in some cases. To best counter chaac, wait until he uses his throw then use your 1 to dash into the minions outside his hit area to avoid damage and damage his wave. Immediately use three afterwards to clear wave and move around the axe to avoid being hit. This will allow you to avoid Chaac's wave clear damage while, at the same time, damaging his wave.

Notes

I may have missed a few things considering that this is my first published build so please give feedback if I'm missing something. Besides that, thank you for taking the time to check out my little guide in hades.

I personally use shoes of focus instead of the Shoes of the Magi and it still does good. I love how you can get to 1k+ damage with this build.

I suppose that's fair though I haven't had a case where I was out of a escape if I needed it. Though I see your point.

It would of course depend on the lane opponent, but when both of you are in the lane, I think the better combo to use on a minion wave would be to use 2 into 3 (as 2 also applies Blight passive), for starting with 1 puts Hades in a disadvantage of having no escape.
