Note: I do not claim to know everything about Geb support and I am actually quiet new to it myself; however, this is a build that has worked for me many times. This is my build for Geb support and I hope it will become yours too. :)
All advice is welcome and will be tested in Ranked/Casual Matches.
This build is a Work In Progress, and will be updated frequently.
From leaving your fountain go into the jungle and help the Mid and ADC players get their buffs. Put a point into Shock Wave (2) to help clear the buff a little faster, while also using H.O.G. After getting into lane you should just now be hitting lvl 2 and from here put a point into your Stone Shield (3) from there just put points in the order shown above.
Priority Items:
These items listed above Travelers Shoes, Sovereignty, Breastplate of Valor should be your first items bought. Travelers Shoes for early gold and movement speed with 25 HP5 outside of combat. Sovereignty for Protections for you and your ADC. Breastplate of Valor for even further cooldown reduction, Mana, and Protections.
4th Items:
The choice between the Hide of the Urchin or Hide of the Nemean lion comes down to really if your taking a lot of damage from basic attacks if so then get the Hide of the Nemean Lion if not the Hide of the Urchin is your item ;)
5th Item:
By this time you are in some need of some Magical protection! Don't wanna take too much damage form that Mid laner lol. So, usually I get the Stone of Gaia; however, if their team has a lot of healing then you should go for Pestilence!
6th Item:
For the sixth item its really all up to you. Magi's if the CC is unreal xD
Spirit Robes for Meh CC
Heartward if you're still taking a lot of damage from magical characters.
Actives:
Shield of the Underworld - If still getting Basic attacked to death
Weakening Curse - If enemy team has a lot of healing.
Heavenly Agility - To help your team get out of a situation if it turns bad.
Over all Starting out as a support player I impenitently went to Geb as my first "Supporter" being how helpful he is in team fights and such. Geb is a super fun and safe support pick. Just always be ready to shield a teammate who may need help xD. Help clear the wave but let your ADC last hit them of course and setup kills for you ADC and the rest of the team and remember to rotate every now and then to help your mid laner get the edge over on his opposite.
