Pros:
Very fast killer
High damage
Fast attack speed
Fast movement speed
Very strong late game
Cons:
Squishy
Very strong and fast killer although if attack a group early game good luck. Use Decoy to take out the minions to level up or as a wall to stop players. Use vanish and Aimed Strike together when sneaking up on a player to get max damage. If he/she gets the chance to run away use Assassinate. Watch out for counters and for groups of players. Best if played by picking off characters one by one.
Let your team distract players one by one and come in for the kill. In Early game let your team do most of the work, but in mid to late game annihilate the enemy one by one.
I recommend using god builder so you don't have to worry about it during the game.
Ninja Tabi could be replaced with Warrior Tabi but you will run out of mana very fast and you will attack slower.
For the rest of the items keep them as are. It provides an excellent combination of life steal and attack speed with the highest basic attack damage you can get.
