So we all know Vulcan's slowing turrent whats it called right? Ya? Ya. Anyways, this slowing turrent helps him become a magnificent man! He is perfectly the AD master! His slowing turrent+Gem of Iso allows him to beat up opponents with his steel hammer. Thus, gem is a must. With the gem, you can go all out with an AD Swagcan.
Just lay down a turrent, and then go crazy with your hammer.
