Hey Cartridge,

What mode is this for? You've picked what is typically a jungler's starter, which means if you're playing in ADC (where he typically is played), you're potentially getting a bit less out of it than if you chose a standard ADC starter.

Other thoughts:
  • Unless you're in a longer mode like Conquest, I don't know that I feel Stormseeker is a worthwhile pickup. Not saying it can't be, but I think there are some items that might be better to pick up.

  • Getting Silverbranch Bow as 2nd main item is probably not optimal. You only get the passive function once you've gone past the max 2.5 AS, which will take a while since Cern also doesn't have his own passive AS steroid. I would delay this item until a bit later. It IS nice as it has good base AS and some pen, but still would suggest delaying.

  • Qin's Sais is fine, and while it makes sense in your current setup, I think you'd be better served by getting The Executioner in Silver's place, and then getting Qin's in its current place.

  • Speaking of, you don't have any lifesteal. That's fine if you're using Spring stance regularly, or if you're playing a teamfight mode, but you might still want it (Devo's or Asi probably) as Conq ADC.

  • Dominance doesn't provide pen function for the Qin's passive. It's great for crit builds. You might drop this one.

  • Hydra's Lament is an interesting choice and could be functional but is definitely not a standard choice for a normal basic attack build. I'm fine with you going with this as a non-AS item...again, at a certain point, if the game goes on long enough, you might cap out Silverbranch due to Storm stacks, so less AS is not bad here.
In any case, I typically don't like Stormseeker though it may just be me. I'd get Exe over Dom for a Qin's build, and I'd delay Silver until you're actually at a point where you'll overcap. And depending on game mode, I'd consider adding lifesteal.

this any better, I personally am a big storm seeker person. Lifesteal wouldnt be bad. The idea was to really shred through tanks when the rest of the team cant really do much to them

Okay, some thoughts:
  • You won't have any health sustain once you upgrade Death's Toll to Death's Temper, other than Spring Stance of course. If you're okay with that, cool.

  • I don't think Griffonwing Earrings are worth it on Cern. Is there a reason you're grabbing it, other than AS? I typically only consider it when the speed of the shot becomes more functional, through long range attacks such as Hachi's Eagle Eye or Ishtar's Storm Shot.

  • I would suggest that you monitor over the next few games, what is your attack speed at various points of your build? What's the value at after you've finished Qin's in this new sequence? In the case you're approaching 2.5 AS at the time you'd complete your 5th item, you would be well-served by adding Silverbranch Bow at that time (keep in mind Silver adding more AS when it's complete too). That way you can start immediately benefitting from the Silver passive and the added % pen is nice to have there also.

  • Are you upgrading DT after you finish the 6th item? If you're already exceeding 2.5 AS at the point you upgrade, you might consider just going with Death's Embrace. That will give you some nice health sustain (allowing you to stay in the other stances), and you'll delay maxing the Silver passive.

  • Speaking of the Silver passive, I noticed the description wasn't up to date...my bad. It's been fixed now. Note the following on the passive: PASSIVE - For each 0.02 Attack Speed you go over 2.5 Attack Speed, you gain 3 Physical Power. You can not gain more than 120 Physical Power in this way. That means max 40 stacks. Take a look at your end game and how many stacks you've built on Silver. If you're hitting 40 (and if you're regularly hitting 40 before the game ends), then you may be better served getting less AS somewhere in your build. Other than dropping Griffon, you might consider going with a non-AS item. If you really want to chunk tanks, maybe pick up Titan's Bane in that situation.
