Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
SMITEFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new god, or fine tune your favorite SMITE gods’s build and strategy.

You may get the Thistlethorn Acorn as people is suggesting which is the safer way to play rat jungle. However, thick is also a good acorn and it deals more mdamage late game but again, you need to master ratatoskr and knows exactly what you are doing and it is recommended only against comps that cannot interrupt your Flurry. Also remember to include Pen with this acorn and if possible even defenses, both works very well with this acorn.
If you don't want to worry about these stuffs thistle is better.
I think the build also needs some flat pen, from the Mace tree items.
I think I would personally go Acorn > Crusher/Brawlers > Jotunn’s > Sledge / Void Shield / Ancile > Arondight > Heartseeker
However Rat has a super good early game and you want to make that as effective as possible, so I would go with the damage acorn that gives you extra acorns in his 3; maybe the crit acorn could work but that would need a separate build to what Kriega suggested.
