Also understand that guides are supposed to be more than just listing a build: anyone can do that in a simply forum post. No, if you're going to submit this as a guide, you must provide lots of information, ranging from why your build should be followed to how to actually use Artemis, what you should and shouldn't do, etc.
Please, put some effort into it. I recommend looking at some of the top-rated guides, and taking in what makes them so good before you submit your own.
EDIT: I'm also going to point out that the build you listed is also bad. You have no lifesteal, which means you have very little sustainability in the lane and greater difficulty in surviving duels. Lifesteal is also your only way to avoid getting completely wrecked by someone who builds a
