Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. well, 32 ping isn't bad at all. As for the FPS, remember that that's what ICEN used to play in: FPS topping at 10.
I also feel your pain, I have an FPS cap of 30, usually down to 5 when I'm doing something like casting
haha same here I only get like 20fps max ingame and it drops to about 10-5 in team fights but I just got used to it. also the lowest ping I've ever had was just above 90 lol
