Some (religious) words for the French people, if any read it :
( Be aware I'm spiritist, so I'll be writting in the Spiritism's Hebrew, which is called Iorubá ( at least in portuguese . )
Oro mimá, Oromi mayor, Oromi mayor, Iabadô ieieo
( God is better, God is greater, God is greater and he helped me win. )
Be save everyone. May Mother Oxúm and Father Oxossi's son, White Feather, be with all the citizens in Paris and Japan right now
Thx Prism.
I think people (I don't mean you!) overreact to those events. Yes it's sad, cruel and it should not happen. But by overreacting, we just give credit to the terrorists. It's the best advertisement they could get.
Also, because most people are dumb and don't understand **** in geopolitics, they are some misconceptions about WHY those kind of events happens. No, it's not black & white world we're living in. We're not the good guys and they're not the EVIL we'd like them to be. They are not representative of Arabs and Muslims. They are as lost as the fascists that want to "eradicate" or "bomb" ISIS.
France, USA, England (and many more) sell weapons that are used to decimate populations all over the globe. We are responsible for half (if not more) the conflicts that happen in the world, but we only see ourselves as victims. People died yesterday in Paris. But people died also yesterday in Lebanon also because of terrorists, but nobody currently gives a **** about Lebanon in France because all we care about is to have the last footage, the last news, the last statement from some random politician that want to give himself some screen time. That's sad.
Hatred will get us nowhere but chaos.
We should stop pointing at other's people mistakes and start looking at our own mistakes.
We should start valuing life more than we value our wallet.
We should start valuing every life.
I'm going to agree with this. it's kinda along the lines of what some of my friends say.
yes it's terrible what happened but these things kinda happen everywhere. However there is some point that kinda makes me angry. one of those things is the facebook thing with the france flag and that stuff.
I'm going to quote my friends fb message here partly:
So to translate that what he is saying:
ISIS (note: we call it the Islamic state: IS) (the "Islamic" state, better called dumbasses (etc.) that think killing people that think different about ideals, is a good thing to do) have made a murderfest again.
-
(this part is something I agree with a lot)
also these kind of things happen (but worser) in other countries outside of the Europe. But I don't see profilepics with pray for Syria or a fade of the Lebanese flag on people's profile pics.
That part is something I totally agree with. France gets hit and a big action starts. but things in turkey or russia's plane crash in Egypt (damn even the dutch plane crash from last year (I believe or is it 2 years ago already) don't get this kind of attention. Okay some may be smaller (well compared to the plane crashes Paris kinda took a lighter hit as atm only 99 people are dead compared to the ~225 passengers in the russian craft or the ~300 in the dutch one. the turkisch one is more close with deaths) but still doesn't take away the fact that most of them don't get this huge of an attention (the dutch one probably kinda did but well because I'm Dutch myself I can be wrong about it as here it was a big hit (like this feels as a big hit for france).
it may sound a bit harsh but like vithaliy said this incident is way way to exaggerated. while others barely get attention.

I think any people with any intention to kill others for any reason can be considered evil. And then again, the definition of evil is something that differs a lot.
And Europeans are more likely going to be more concerned with attacks that happen on European ground. The closer they are, the more we care. Something that is so far away and happens daily isn't something we'd actively think about. This is a new thing that has happened in France, so we react ith stronger emotions.
