Today I want some help with BBCode.
Nowadays I'm using this signature:
Is there some way to link each guide to the guide page?
Thank you for everyone that answer trying to help :)

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
SMITEFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new god, or fine tune your favorite SMITE gods’s build and strategy.

Thanks to everyone that answered and helped, I do appreciate your efforts to help :) , I love you all <3
Below is a rough idea of how you might do this. I took your base pic and did manual cuts. The picture doesn't have straight lines (I'm guessing you used some paint program and added white vertical lines to provide separation, but they're not perfectly vertical), and my cuts weren't perfect, so things are a bit wonky. I had to use a height instruction instead of width to make sure things lined up and looked okay.
You will probably want to go back in, clean up the picture, and mess around with it until it suits.
(That's just changing img height to 140 from 175)
'Cause when I apply it on signature this weird thing happen:
P.S: I don't have any idea of what is wrote in this code, so I just don't know what is happening :v
Also I do appreciate your efforts Bran, thanks <3
And about the lines, yes, I did it in 10 minutes on a software like paint in my lunch time where I work :v
xZero or Wayne might have ideas on how to fix coding based on the pics I've used.
The other option would be to go and redo the original picture and account for those dimensions you're seeing.
The other option would be to make the table smaller, but unfortunately you can't center tables, so this option would leave an empty gap on the right side.
@Myst, I'm guessing you don't want those huge gaps between the pics. Only way I see then is to redo the base picture and split them into 5 sections, and put those in place of the images in the code.
(I didn't understand (I'm a slow (and lazy) person :v))
This is your signature with centered images.
Try and see if that looks better. It would look the same here but may provide better results on signatures.
What I meant by resizing pictures was simply making them larger using widht=x height=x. I don't know the original sizes of your images and thus I can't do it myself (images would end up being stretched), so it'll be up to you to resize them appropriately. (Equal width to height by scale.)
Here's an example though:
