yeah, bastets passive is really bad.


especially since it only counts 9 times. not like you should be dieing more than 9 times but still...

i can see why hirez chose this passive for a cat like god but its really useless mayby something else what cats do would be better like a passive that has something to do with purring. like when bastet gets hit she starts purring and she gets a pysical power buff up to 4 stack which last for 3 or 4 seconds. that has something to do with cats and it would be allot better than reducced respawn time.

do you mean that if bastet gets to 0 hp that she gets 20% of her max life instantly back at the spot because that could work out agaist you if it counts as a kill before her passive activates and if she dies after that when the health of her passive is down it also counts as a kill that would mean one god could give the enemy 2kills in a short time and that could work out very bad for her.

I think he means that she would respawn where she died, with 20% health.

If that's the case, it's a horrible idea. What if the person that killed her is still there, and Bastet would basically be a sitting duck with 20% health. She would be farm-central for someone. She is squishy, after all, so I don't like the idea.

Her passive is a strange one indeed. Helpful, but not always. If she gained say, a 20-25% movement speed increase for a small amount of time after respawning, with the same amount of time cut off of her respawn time, then it would be more viable. She's meant to get back to lane as soon as possible, so that would seem to be more beneficial than being a punching bag.

From someone that plays Bastet and prefers to call her his main go to melee god...her passive sucks. Personally what I'd like to see is some kind of stacking CD reduction. The more damage she does without dying, the more gods she kills without dying, or the more gods she sees/has a role in their death gives her a stack up to 10 that reduces cool downs by 1% per stack.

The problem is her Ult to me has a longer (ish) cooldown for the style of move it is. At early game its great for a tower dive to get that early kill, but later on it doesn't make up enough of her damage to justify that cooldown. Not to mention she is often relying heavily on her Pounce to get in and out of trouble.

She might just need a rework. Her Ult becomes nothing more than CC late game, her passive sucks, and aside from that there are three good things about her: Her AD damage, her Pounce, and her Ult early game. That's about it.

She has bleed too! But she need rework, just summon one giant cat god that is around the size of vamana, only affected by auto attacks and does 50/100/150/200/300 damage per hit or something

The bleed definitely is OP early to mid game for sure. But late game you aren't as effective if you ask me.
