My Bastet's passive idea:

Nine Cats
Key Bind: Passive

Each 3 Cats that Bastet releases gives her additional Attack power and Movement speed. Buff is lost when Cats dies. When Bastet releases 9 Cats( uses her Ultimate 3 times), the buff is increased.
Ability: Buff
Affects: Self
Increased Attack Power: 20%.
Increased Movement Speed: 15%.
Increased Attack Power( 9 Cats): 30%.
Increased Movement Speed( 9 Cats): 20%.

Note: The buff won't end when you release 9 Cats. It just refreshes and wait to you release more Cats until get more 9.
I think, Her cats should be immune to HoG.

****My Opinion****

*casts Raise Thread* (yes, its a horrible pun)

Nine Lives

Once every nine minutes, Bastet resurrects 5 seconds after death at 30% health. This effect can only occur a maximum of nine times.

Before you complain its broken, this is intended to only be useful in weird circumstances, like from a tower dive, tick damage, or something like that.

So basicly they can get 2 kils instead of 1.

Eh, i think he meant it to work like Aatrox/Zac/Anivia from LoL, though i think it works, the cooldown need to be reduced and no limit and it did not effected from cdr as well maybe changing her to become a bruiser somehow

here
Anivia's :
Rebirth
Upon dying, Anivia will revert into an egg and will get an armor and magic resistance modifier of -40 / -25 / -10 / +5 / +20. These values change at levels 5, 8, 12 and 15. If the egg can survive for six seconds, she is reborn with the same percentage of health that her egg had left. This can only happen once every four minutes regardless of cooldown reduction.

Aatrox's :
Blood Well
Whenever Aatrox uses an ability that costs health, he stores 100% of the health cost into his Blood Well. The maximum amount of health the Blood Well can store is equal to 30 + (45 x level). If Aatrox has not dealt or received damage in the last 5 seconds, his Blood Well will deplete at a rate of 2% per second.

Upon taking fatal damage, Blood Well activates and places Aatrox in stasis for 3 seconds. Over the stasis duration the Blood Well is emptied and Aatrox restores health equal to its contents plus 10.5 + (15.75 x level). Blood Well's activation has a static cooldown and is unaffected by cooldown reduction.

Also, Aatrox passively increases his attack speed by 1% for every 2% in the Blood Well.

Zac's :
Cell Division

Each time Zac hits an enemy with an ability, he sheds a chunk of himself that can be reabsorbed to restore 4% of his maximum health.
Upon taking fatal damage, Zac splits into 4 chunks that attempt to recombine. If any of these chunks remain after 8 seconds, he will revive with 10-50% health depending on the health of the surviving chunks. Each chunk has 12% of Zac's maximum health, and 50% of his armor and magic resistance. This ability has a static cooldown and is unaffected by cooldown reduction.

This could be good in Bastet if Hi-Rez is brave enough to make her a warrior as well making her viable in competitive

My thoughts on Bastet? My favorite - and almost best - god?

Buff her ult's damage scaling (not the early game damage, that would be OP)
Add an actual passive
Have her 3 stun(?)

My passive idea: Whenever her health drops to 0, it is reset back to 1. This can happen nine times, the tenth time killing her.

I got the idea from the fact that cats always seem to come out of stupidly lethal situations (jumping off a 30-ft building, for example, as my neighbor's cat did once) and get out alive. That's what started the original lore of cat's nine lives. Hopefully, a passive like that would make her not just more realistic, but can make her get to the competitive scene as well.

If you think it's OP, I'll remind you about tick damage (Ao's 3... need I say more?)

I didn't realize this thread was here. I started another Bastet thread recently. Anyway, Bastet's passive isn't "one of the worst in the game". It is the worst. Seriously, you have to die to trigger it. How could it be any more negative? Maybe killing Bastet should give double gold! Kidding aside. It only gets worse. Not only is a 25% reduced respawn time insufficient compensation, if you do die 9 times, you lose your passive. Awesome! Oh and let's not overlook that Bastet's Passive effectively became even more lame after the last patch because max respond time was reduced to 55s for everyone, making Bastet's 25% reduction even smaller late game.

If you are going to do the 9 lives thing the 9 lives ought to be 9 lives. How about zero respawn time and no gold for killing her the first 9 times, the rationale being she isn't really dead because she has nine lives. This might actually be enough compensation. It benefit her in two ways. Firstly, it saves her time to get back to the action and accumulate gold and experience. That is a real advantage for her because is she falls behind at all early, she's essentially useless for the rest of the game. Without an early game, Bastet has no game. Secondly, with her death not helping the enemy very much and, so, not hurting her team very much, Bastet players could become somewhat more aggressive, taking greater risks, or even sacrificing themselves strategically to gain some objective.

If zero respawn time turns out to be too strong, she could have a little. Perhaps dividing her respawn time and the gold gained by killing her by 9? That is consistent because for her 9 deaths for her really only count as 1.

After thinking about it a lot and listening to what everyone has said, that's my suggestion.

Rejoice Bastet lovers. Her passive has been changed to something REALLY painful. :/
