Buff Ethereal Staff?

I just noticed that Ethereal Staff is like a stackless warlock's sash, but worse in the magical power department. I think it needs a buff to become a good item in its own right.

Two possible version:

Change the health conversion to 2.5%. If it can give a decent amount of magical power, it would be able to have a niche among tanks/bruisers. 3500 health would give 87.5 magical power + 30 from the base, at a comfortable 117.5, but only as a pure tank.

or

Increase the health it gives, maybe up to 900 or even 1000. Simple enough.

SmiteFire & Smite
