Someone explain to me how Hebo does not kill with his full combo.

I don't feel like going through the trouble to upload another photo but this is what it was.

I was hebo solo against baka.

I died once to him fine, I then died a bit later, okay with that I can make up for it I thought.

I then realized that everyone was eating my ult and they had no defensive items and the most levels the other team was up by was only 1 level, not that big.

I literally did this to Anhur right before the match ended and he lived with like 30% hp left....

First I ulted him with Hebo's ult, then I hit him with Hebo's 1, then it came off cooldown and I hit him with it again then 3'd him. He was on like 20-30% hp left then baka came and killed me.

I was level 19 or 20 and he was level 20 with no defensive items, I had pen boots, bancrofts and rank 2 of Rod at the time, along with a defensive breastplate of valor.

How the hell can Anhur/Baka/Anubis all eat my damn combo as Hebo????

Was it because I went for breast plate or WTF was I doing wrong???

For example, when I was fighting baka I would splash him with 1 then ult him and he would still have like half hp and he was not building no defense....

I thought Hebo was suppose to **** on people with his ult and almost one shot them, yet everyone including ANUBIS was eating my abilities. I mean Anubis did have warlocks sash but the others had NO defense or health at all.

Still though, Anhur at 2 splashes and a ULt and my 3 and still had health to spare....

WTF Did I do wrong....

They did have FG at one point, but I don't recall it giving protections right???

Baka doesn't gain protections from what I remember right?
I know Anhur doesn't because I have him rank 10 and I know Anubis should be easy to kill because I am rank 10 with him too.

For example, Ares ulted and got Anubis/Anhur, I ulted both and they were still on half hp....

How???

I literally went 0-5 last match with Hebo in solo and I couldn't get any kills and yes I did land my full combo's on every god in the game.

I am wondering if its because I went for breastplate as my 3rd item? But still I had 3 damaging items and with hebo's passive shouldn't a full combo kill a ****ty baka or Anhur?

- Like Anubis I wrap and kill people, thats what I do.

Wait, what? I literally never experienced this problem.

I've survived combos...barely...as a tank...only late game...early game, the combo wipes out 80% of your health.

I've survived ultimate, sure, but just those - never a full combo, as a squishy character. I theorize that a shut down He Bo would not be able to kill someone with his full combo, but I've never seen that in practice - He Bo is always MVP on his team.
