Okay, so I decided to stop working on my example for a bit and get on with the reviews because:

1: After Arvorus posted his thing, it became a valid example of flight.

2: The example ideas are taking way longer than I thought it would be for me to be happy with them.

Me commenting on god ideas are just me coomenting on them. It's not the final judgement - it's me trying to improve them or point out any obvious flaws.

Then I'm probably going to ask someone else to judge them later, or myself as a last resort, and THAT will be the final judgement.

Until then, feel free to tweak and rework it as much as you like.

Trying to think of prizes.

I would like more of these constraints implemented into making new gods.
Maybe even themes would help.

-Mesmer abilities (GW2), illusions
-Engineer
-Mental abilities

It seems more fun to me.

Contest ends in about 24 hours.

There's a saying - half of cooking is common sense. This applies to god making, too. If you see something like a 3 second AoE stun...just...don't.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
