Like, either 4/5 on each team goes positive, the negative never goes over 3-2 deaths. That sort of thing.

Not quite, since the other team would be slightly negative. Because if we have 10 apples and you take 6, I'm left with 4.

There can be an even match with 3 guys positive in each team and 2 negative, or something like that.

It's very possible. Everyone has the same amount of kills and deaths lol. This is a weird question

Well of course. Say everyone late game has 2 kills and 2 deaths to their lane opponents. Assuming the objectives are similarly acquired, people aren't afk, having RIDICULOUS lag, or are outright dumb. The game is effectively even.

I'm curious where the exact question is here. xD

Is it just "is there such thing as a game that is 50/50?" If so, even without mirrored comps, yes.

Every game, removing such EXTREME variables as early game DOMINATION, people who are afk/DC/quitters, or lack of synergy so extreme that no tactic can work, every game has the opportunity to be won equally on both sides. It's about teamwork and knowing exactly where the strength in your comp lies (pick comp, splitpush comp, teamfight comp, protect the carry comp, etc)
