You don't get what I am saying.

IF you want all the gods its going to take a **** LONG TIME IF you want all the gods.

I am saying IF you want all the gods its going to take literally probably over a year just from off the top of my head math, plus they keep adding new gods and every god has a gold skin and recolors which cost more than the gods themselfs.

You are also have to think that 5 matches CAN LITERALLY = 5hours if its conquest.

I had matches over an hour long before.

If you are playing conquest and you can't no life on smite AND YOU WANT ALL THE GODS.
Your screwed basically, you will literally be playing smite so long that you might actually grow a beard.

I am saying THIS IS THE REASON smite needs ways to get more favor like WIN STREAKS.

The average player will not get jack, people like myself are not the average player, (at least I hope) I probably play a bit more than the average player and it takes a while to get favor to buy a simple recolor and thats with the god pack and spending $150 on the game.

You must not get why I keep bring up the fact that I spent $150 and have the god pack and play alot.

THe reason is a compare

If I am having a hard time getting stuff with favor still and I bought half the stuff.

ANYONE WHO DID NOT SPEND MONEY IS SCREWED!!!

Again thats only IF they want all the things in the game.

I must admit though Hi-Rez did a good damn job of making it to slow to the point to where they knew I would spend money.

Thats the reason why its set up like that so they can get the money.

I have spent a good $40 on the game, and bought a couple gem skins for my favorite gods (Oh He bro, playing regular He Bo will never be the same), but I have recently found some pleasure in making new builds, or trying to make challenging to play gods more effective. I just recently found that, for example, the item builder doesn't allow a magical tank (Vulcan in this case) to buy items with mp on it, however in game you still can. So therfore, I built a full magical vulcan build, and actually went 4-0 or something like that. Doesn't sound too good on paper, but it's better than what most people get as vulcan, 2-15 or something insane.

Assault is pretty fun, probably my favorite game mode. Only problem is, I always get those old school gods like Kali and Artemis, who I would sell in a heartbeat if I could.

Regarding favor, however, it is very slow at times. Below 30, you're looking at about 980 favor a day (700 for first wins, 40 each for match rewards). This is assuming you win every single match of the day, and then quit, therefore it is slightly higher than 980, but it's a good guess. At level 30, the rewards increase to about 1400 favor, assuming you do all the matches of the day ONCE, win on your first try, and then quit. Since that is very unlikely, it still takes a long time to win that favor. At level 30, that's about 4 hours of game time, I think. 4 hours actually IN the game. Not in the lobby or any of that. 4 hours play time.

Lets put it this way I have sometimes played +12 hours non stop and the favor is still slow.

The beauty is when you lose your sanity and grow a beard and tell your grandchildren your pro at smite.

Your grandchildren be like "no **** grandpa smite is 70 years old and your the only person who plays it! No **** your pro!" "Grandpa your nub *** still ain't got all the skins/gods?"

Grandpa (YOU) has a stroke and dies right before he was about to unlock the last skin.

What a shame.... R.I.P smite goals :(

Except if you just buy the god pack for the tiny amount of money and actually support the company that is providing this entertainment for you. Spending few euros/dollars for skins or whatever you want is nothing compared to other games with subscribing or 60E price tag or something. Plus it's free. I spent like many many months with smite before I even spent a dime on it and still had a blast playing it.

My reward is having fun. An even better reward is having fun and winning. I guess I'm just an old school gamer. I grew up playing games because they were fun. I still play games because they're fun. I don't care about any "rewards" after the game is finished. Grant it, they're nice, but as long as I'm having fun, it's whatever.

seriously. It always bugs me when I see people in these kinds of games complaining about this kind of stuff.

if you need rewards to have fun, then it's not a game anymore, it's a job.
