Yes words cannot explain all the foul things I want to say right now.... Seriously... $20 I just spent on 800 gems and did not even get them.

Oh this is no joke by the way I have proof I bought 800 gems, I have emails, pictures and it even says it on my account yet I did not receive the 800 gems?

You want to know whats more F'd up???

Since I am banned from the SMITE WEBSITE because of an argument I cannot even contact support so they can fix this issue? I am not banned in game just the forum and there is no way to talk to anyone with Hi-Rez to fix my gem issue which I spent $20 of my mother bleeping money just to not retrieve any gems.

Where did the problem go wrong?

First off the way I buy gems is I load up the game smite then go to store which pops up the prices, when I buy from the LOADED UP SMITE GAME it gives me my gems.

Today for some reason when I went to buy gems from the GAME STORE the gems prices would not pop up, instead it kept taking me to the god pack price even though I already bought it.

So my only option was to go to the SMITE MAIN WEBSITE and buy gems from there where it says buy gems. When I bought the gems it told me to log into my master account which I DID, I typed in the same email and it did not send me the 800 gems to my IN GAME ACCOUNT but it said I bought it.

I am very mad because I had to use another credit card to buy 400 gems but my 800 gems I still do not have and thats $20 wasted on nothing if I don't get them.

SO I have a prize for someone who can get in contact with someone from hi rez to unban me JUST FOR THE MOMENT so I can use the SUPPORT TICKET to tell them my issue because I cannot even contact them. Or If you can figure out a way for me to contact them.

I have a GIFT CARD WITH MONEY on it, If someone can help me with this I will give you the code to the gift card and you can use the money on it for whatever, smite, online, ect.
I know the gift card has AT LEAST $4.00 and at the most $8.00

****ing 800 gems and $20 I spent just to not get any gems.

Well it would help but it doesn't.

WHenever I go to log in it says you may have the wrong password, ect but it also says your account may be disabled.

I am banned from the forum which is why I think it will not let me contact support because hi rez for some reason has a ban on the SUPPORT which I NEED to CONTACT THEM.

I guess I'll make a account at my friends house where his IP address is different and use it.

Try send them an email? YOU CAN DO THIS. GET THOSE GEMS BACK.

In all honesty, calm down first, smite game has its own forums? And just relax, smite must have a way for you to contact them. Try send them an email(as i stated before) not raging but talking in a formal way about your problem. It would increase your chances of them hearing you out.

you must not have read anything I been saying.

I CANNOT USE THE FORUMS because I am banned from it.

But I will just go up my friends house later on create and account then go on the forum since his IP address is different.

There is more than one way to contact Hi-Rez. You are not limited exclusively to the smite forums.

And how would I do that WHEN

- I am BANNED from the forum
- I cannot use SUPPORT on the MAIN WEBSITE BECAUSE I AM BANNED from the entire website I guess that includes SUPPORT.

- I tried facebook and nobody responded on the smite facebook page only regular people.

- I tried contacting the board, it pops up a box saying choose application to open the link and it doesn't work.

The only way I see me contacting them is when I later on make another account at my friends house since his IP address is different.

Clam down, this has been an on going problem. Once you buy gems you won't get them right away, you have to wait a while or a day. I had this problem before so don't worry.
