So i got banned from smite around 30 days ago along with 3 other of my friends at the exact same time while we where playing on our school computers.

I sent Hi-Rez a message and they simply replied that i hacked, so i sent another message saying that they got a false positive, they replied and said that they where very proud of their anti hacks and that they did not make a mistake.

I send yet another message and they did not respond for 20 days, i send another one and 10 days later nothing.

This is getting irritating, i bought the god pack the day you could and even bought some gems, yet they ban me for no reason and then tell me that they are proud in their piece of **** anti hack?

Anyone got any idea how i can get unbanned?

yes because Hi-Rez is going to take the time out to ban 4 people at once for no reason for 30 days.

Your a geek who decideds to download video games on school computers with 3 friends, how stupid are kids these days? If you take the time to figure out how to download smite on a school computer that means you had to by past security and unless you live in a mud hut I don't want to hear about how your school has no security because as schools that are not made out of mud huts have it.

And being that you are running smite that means your school computer is pricey enough to run it meaning its not a **** school. So if you are hacking your way through school security to download and play games like smite then you probably did do **** in game as well.

ICEN, some computers in schools is not security locked (my old computer school didn't and we played dota). So it might be that other friend in your class downloaded hack in the computer and since hirezpatch always on even if smite is off, it detected the hack and eventually ban all accounts that played there

Razemage does make a point. Blame yourselves doing that then. Hi-rez can't do anything for you if hacking was involved to play the game in a school computer. You just wasted money.
