You can't deny that the GB has a few problems. It's like the developers didn't know what to do with this item, so they gave it generic carry stats, except they did it halfway. 10% crit chance and 5% movement speed don't make a lick of difference.

Add more crit chance? Remove movement speed? Lower price? Raise power? Lower power?

If I were to fix golden bow, I would give it 20 physical power, 10 percent movement speed, and its passive, because it's passive would make it too good otherwise, especially on Mercury.

EX: Anhur has golden bow as last item of his build. Every time he crits a minion within 15 feet of you, you lose a significant portion of your health. With Ares you can duo the enemy team. He pulls and you just auto attack everyone to death. Two ADCs and an Ares with golden bow will wreck an enemy team before they could unstun.

Golden bow is actually just overpowered when you use it in conjunction with Ares ult or if the enemy team groups up a Hades ult.

Give it a cap on max damage, but increase the % it does. Cap would only apply to Champions, minions have no cap, so certain people who can't waveclear, now can. Give it a small amount of physical damage, OR increase crit chance (As one of VERY few items with a good amount of crit damage on it). Finally, give 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 of the movement speed each item level, instead of just at max rank.

The cap would make sure it's not broken enough to rot an entire team solo, but the increase % ensures it at least does a good amount of damage to make it worth it, if there is no physical power bonus to the item (meaning the person you actually hit doesn't take any more than usual, so there needs to be a good reason to get it for 1v1 engages, too)
