I Felt like writing something regarding my experience with her so far, so here goes;

First though, I'd like to say that I'm talking from an Arena point of view, for those who care.
How she does in Conquest, I have no idea.

When I started playing Serqet It was difficult to get in to.
Slowly though, I am making progress and doing better and better.
I have been playing her non stop since release now, and am currently Mastery II and halfway towards III

While a rough starts, the results of my recent matches you can see here:
I Don't play in premade arena groups so these are all from solo queues.

Anyway, before Serqet even released, people already labled her OP.
Claiming that her Deathbane hits hard (it does, if it crits 3x for me with full build it hits for about ~1500 total), but people seem to forget that a character like Ne Zha can do that damage with a basic attack.

While she is powerful, as an assassin should be if you ask me.
She in turn is extremely squishy.
I've encountered plenty of Serqets in my matches so far, and most of them seem extremely suicidal.
She does have the ability to escape with her Deathbane, how ever, in most cases you will use that for damage and not as an escape.

Her Ambush can also be used as an escape, but with the half a second charge time, it's not really viable, and can easily get you killed in that ammount of time.
I've had situations where I tried to escape with it, only to get stunned during my chargeup, and die in the process.

Cobra's Kiss However, seems to be one of her most powerful skills.
You can use it to draw attention away from you, and you can basically use it as a taunt.
The fact that when it is used as a taunt, the enemy can not attack, seems a bit overboard.
Many times I can simply use Cobra's Kiss and kill my enemy before it finishes, and if I don't manage to kill them, they escape with a sliver of health, which most of the time gets finished off by someone else.
It can also be used of course to save a team mate.

On to Last Breath
This ability, damage wise is extremely weak the first 2-3 levels, the damage is almost nothing.
And even at the last rank, 650 True damage is not that much.
Though it does spread when the enemy is killed of course.
My experience and way of usage with it so far, is either to kill someone off, or in most cases push someone away from me, or save a team-mate by pushing their chaser away.

It does allow you for a perfect setup though if used for damage purposes.
Last Breath Followed by Cobra's Kiss and then a Deathbane will pretty much guarantee the kill.
Even if your Deathbane does not kill them, you're next auto attack (due to 3 poison stacks) will knock of 20% of their HP PLUS the damage of your attack.
It pretty much guarantees a kill on squishy's.

Build wise, I haave been experimenting around and have been using this build for her in my recent ~15 matches with good succes;

(In purchase order)
- Warrior Tabi
Obvious for penetration, and everyone needs boots, of course your skills benefit from penetration too, and you don't need more than 25% CDR from my experience.
- Jotunn's Wrath
Cooldown reduction is great on Serqet due to her long cooldowns, though 25% seems enough.
- Deathbringer
More crit power equals more damage, not much to say on this.
- Frostbound Hammer
Not this one is a bit tricky, I was using Hastened Fatalis at first, but found the extra health on Frostbound Hammer and the slow, to be much more handy, alot of times I managed to escape with less than 400 health, with Hastened Fatalis, I would have been dead.
The 400 extra Health is worth it, along with 25 Power, and of course the slow, which does not only benefit you, but also your team, ontop of that all, your attack speed is high enough as it is already

- Malice
The extra crit chance, and basically a bleed on your target usually manages to secure you a kill, even if your enemy gets away with a sliver of Health, the bleed should kill them.
You might wonder, why not Rage, Well that is because I don't feel it that benefitial due t most of your damage coming from your skills, ontop of that, even though her attack speed is fast, I don't feel it is fast enough for Rage to be justified in usage.
I have tried Rage instead of Malice and the results were more useful using Malice, 20 more power, plus a bleed just worked better for me.

- Titan's Bane / Bloodforge
This is just situational for me, if we are behind or I feel like I'm being focussed by 1 or 2 players I grab lifesteal, though if they have a group with high physical protection, Titan's Bane is the obvious Answer.

So far, she just seems extremely tricky to play, and I have seen plenty of people just going in with her and getting killed.

For now, I can say I'm really enjoying her playstyle, though I see this character getting really unpopular in the upcoming time.

Website coding not implemented for Serqet yet, so sorry about the mess.

I would have to completely agree with you. She is very tricky to use when you first start but i got the hang of her quite quickly and she is very powerful yes but she has so little health that she will die in like 2-3 hits from just about anything so i would no way label her as "Overpowered". My friend is very adamant in his opinion that you can not escape from her with her potential of 2 escapes which in my opinion she needs because she is so squishy. Also the set i run that seems to work for me is: Warrior Tabi, Hydras Lamant, Titans Bane, Malice, Deathbringer, Fatalis. This set works really well for me as i have almost gotten a penta a few times and i average about 17-25 kills per game while recently getting 4-8 deaths.

I pretty much use Dumbbritishguys build. Except I get crit items before titans since you mostly want to target squishies anyways. Also a good finisher besides fatalis could be magi's, but that's pretty obvious, depending on situation. Hydras > jotuns for her imo. she has no really long cd's and more burst is awesome.

You're mastery 6 when she was released just a few days ago? That's a new level of instalock

I never instalock, always wait for my group to grab whatever and adjust if needed, but that never had to happen so far.

I might be inclined to doubt you never instalocked and waited for their picks, before locking in a brand new god, and still got to mastery 6 in a very quick manner. That seems a little farfetched.

Nonetheless, your matches and information have been impressive, so kudos on your work!

Yeah, I would probably have thought the same.
Thing is though, I'm off work for 2 weeks so got all the time on my hands at the moment, so just been playing alot.
Currently 90 matches I believe, 63% win ratio, not that bad I guess. I'm also running the booster but it only gives 1 extra mworshipper. though doing it for the favor mainly, The worshipper you get extra you don't notice anyway.

Also, keep in mind, it's Arena, those games can last alot shorter than conquest etc.

And thank you.
She's just tricky to talk about at the moment, being a new god and all, I'm finding and trying out new things everytime too.
So I figured I'll just talk about how I'm experiencing her at the moment in Arena.
Could write a guide, but it's far too early to properly construct one for her atm.

On a side note, I have not gotten any negativity for picking her yet.
Well there were a few matches where people would go "oh not serqet, she sucks, pick another assassin or something"
Other then that, positive feedback from teammates mostly.
