Seems likely that they'll just keep buffing his damage until he's viable one way or the other. I still think he'll always be behind others that can do damage more consistently, but viable would be a big step up.

Nope, his turrets were standing up to anything except my abilities. They hit really hard now too (like 200-300 a shot on a squishy). He's just.. lackluster.

I think it's mainly the fact that if he can't put a turret down to zone, or if you kill the turret, then he's pretty much screwed. His attacks on their own don't do a whole lot of damage, and if you play aggressive and get up in his face there's not a whole lot he can do about you.

Some people seem to still be building him tanky and don't realize he's a full-on mage now, so that could be a problem a lot of people are having.

He has pretty good burst. His 1 is 240 base damage ability with a 3 second CD on max CDR, his turret should always get one shot off on you, and his 3 does solid damage, plus can knock you back into range of him and his turret.

You definitely need to build him mage now, but people will catch on to that eventually.

Honestly though, why play him when you could just play He Bo and one shot people or play Zeus and kill people by pressing 3? Mages are so out of balance right now that it's kind of silly to try and balance anything before the OP tier is nerfed.
